Would be okay if it was explained On the bus when I paid by cash I asked for a Barry week to go Got that on this app but apparently it s a completely different ticket that I can t use This app doesn t explain what the To Go area is or the To Go plus doesn t explain anything Need to try and get a refund so I can buy a ticket I can actually use Money down the drain     Meg Butler

Useless if the busses are on the time table and on the app but dont turn up even when you click it to track it says unavailable so only works when they can be bothered to run the service they have even removed the contact us from the app guess they had to many complaints simple to fix actually run it properly if a bus has broken down then the app should say so not hard to do only good thing i can say is i can look at any stop but its not helpful if the busses time table and app are out of sinc         Velvet Seren

Works more or less it s important for someone who starts using this app to know the odd way it works You will see real time information about the bus then it will show as due then disappear Only at this point can you start to expect it 9 times out of 10 it will appear in the next 5 to 10 minutes Sometimes it will disappear The most important consequence is you might arrive at the stop when it s still due but has disappeared Always check the timetable at the stop before giving up             Teresa Finn

bus timing is great only negative is lack of seats on busier routes at peak times passenger etiquette part of the problem passengers leave their bags on the seat so nobody sits next to them a sign saying please stow your bags don t put them on vacant seats would help                     Rachel Griffiths

It was ok at the first it all worked but since i moved to android 9 0 it stooped workimg the app played up i uninstalled it and installed it didnt fix the problem it keeps on saying i need wifi when i have it so it wont let me do anything i will keep the stars at 2 untill the problem gets solved         The_Ninjah 029
