Rang me to tell me they couldnt complete my order so cancelled a meal and got my son a differenttake away only to find on delivery of mine and hubbys food that original order was complete Phoned to say that we had cancelled starter and rice Got chargedu00a322 plus for two rice dishes vegetable curry andstarter that we didnt need Customer service was crap

I ordered off the just eat site my bill was u00a32363 then shorty after my order was placed via just eat i recived a telephone call saying i had too pay a extrs u00a3700 ontop of my order and a u00a3200 delivery charge i tryed my best too enter into dialoge with the order clerk who works on theyre phone side of things he was adamant i had too pay u00a3700 more if it was u00a3100 or even u00a3200 i would of payed but u00a3700 there is something not right here at all trying too commit fraud then he blames the just eat app for the u00a3700 shortage listen guys dont order offline or pay with your card as u told them i didnt want my order no more and the u00a32000 taken from my card hasnt been put back or cancelled order from here with any online app at your own risk lets put these cob men otta buisness and outta town this aint a town too be haveing the peiple here ripped off if the food is like the service and poverty they plead i would urge strongly about eating the food they cook i phoned back too complain and the guy gave me the biggest load of its just eats fault about price unaceptable excuse in the 1st instance they are hearing from the police about fraud i have it all recorded on my mb     the royal masala tandoori elmbank aberdeen very poor service

I like the way I can add different categories which arent in the app by default Also most of the places I want to find show up very quickly too I would recommenced Yell Local Search it really does work                 A very useful app

This is a fantastic app for finding things especially when away from home But the fact it wont let me and probably many others leave reviews means we cant rate the businesses who deserve good or bad feedback to advise others Otherwise a 5 star app Three more updates but no fix yet        Lacking reviews Please fix
