I updated this app and it started to back up my videos and pictures without my permission and it would not let me stop the process until i un installed this app Such bullshit Typical bullshit

Since update it has gotten slower and now it wont properly show my phone storagesays i have 0 when i last knew i had 50 Please fix with a working update Great app but
Cant even login Login screen ask for email but in the info box says enter 615 alphanumeric characters Every time I enter my emailuser info I get invalid userpassword OK so I went to the retrieve user password screen Checked my user and reset password 5Xs now still cant get in Not to mention I called the 1800 number and I got transferred to 3 departments still no fix and then the phone call dropped and havent heard anything back Cant even login
This just some dumbass way sprint can gouge us out if 13 a month Because I also have lookout and I think its much better and cheaper HTC One M9 I think

Generally works fine lately backup buttons go missing and app tries to back up photos and videos without permission Buttons show up and then have to go to the web and delete all the photos that were backed up without permission This app is only ok at the moment

Its ok ud83dudc4c I have Total Equipment Protection through Sprint And Ive never had a problem with this app in the past But recently my phone erased 300 contacts And the app for whatever reason Wouldnt add them back Ive since then got most of my contacts back And have backed up my contacts on my iPad After reading others have the same complaints as myself I have decided to uninstall the app hoping that my battery ud83dudd0b life also improves Its ok ud83dudc4c
Program backs up the same exact contacts for phone s facebook and Google Theres been 5 updates since It was put on cell still same problem Needs to be fixed
Me and my friends were at the ballgame and somehow my phone fell out of my pocket well I got on my buddies phone right away and used my app on the website and found my phone right there in the parking lot of the ball game at the Coliseum Found my phone
So far so good Might be a good idea
I have an email 6 edge white My mom has an edge s6 gold There is not supposed to be a difference but clearly there is Her ios is different then mine on this app and its stupid better So sprint sux and so does this app and its employees Doesnt work This app is different at all times
