This app worked PERFECTLY on my Pixel3 XL until Android 10 then it blew up Hard crashes now and although there have been at least two updates since install neither addresses the issues Have sent half dozen emails to developers and zero response Can t do checking deposits now have to visit branch which is total PIA Not what I expect from Chase and if it doesn t get fixed soon will consider moving to a different bank Walt Ottenad

Awful app site too not just the app Every month when I go to pay my bill it tells me We can t find that username and password and asks me to create another password even though I have the password written down and I m 1000 positive it s the correct password I record them ALL so that I don t have to do it again the next month but by the next month it s no longer recognizing the password and I have to create a new one all over again Very frustrating Danny Reyes

A real pain to log into on the fly Sometimes I just need to check my balance in a hurry but having to sign in with a complicated password every 5 minutes is not helpful Not all phones can use finger print id and mine doesn t work anyway with my phone case which is pretty common I recommend being able to stay signed in or a widget with basic info like the balance of a preferred account Reck in real life

The app forces you to update which is kind of draconian It would be tolerable if the update didn t crash Just recently had my provider update me to Android 10 but the old Chase app still worked until this last update Either test your application better or stop forcing updates that break This is hardly the pedigree expected from a multi billion dollar company Bill Thompson

It s a good app requiring minimal permissions which is refreshing You can even disable the permissions on it when your not using a particular feature The only one it must have to operate is storage Some pages are appearing blank for some reason like I can t check my secure messages for some reason Not a big deal Scott Rickert
