The app worked fine first time I used it but the second time I requested cashback it has been marked as rewarded but there is no cashback showing it is just blank Not very impressed Also found the receipt photograph more fiddly than the other cashback apps         Joe Denny

Most local versions of supermarkets no longer stock offers so it obviates the spontinaity if you aren t tempted to wander through local stores Also ultimately very frustrating resulting in not using the app at all         Alimentary London

When claiming the images of the receipt wouldnt upload I tried on the app and the website multiple times when I emailed help I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app but this didnt work either and have heard nothing from customer services since I have basically bought a couple of things at full price which I wouldnt have paid that amount for to try them out It could have been a good app but not being able to upload the receipt images means its useless     paul ireland

The forgotten password process doesn t work it asks for your email address to send reset link to but the email text box doesn t allow any characters so unable to enter my email address Now unable to the app         Iv Howie

they have some good offers on but when they state the Stores they aren t stating Local and Express stores of Sainsbury s and Tesco as these are also coming up on the map aswell but doesn t state it in the where to buy section so I m thinking can I buy there or not I m struggling with the map now it won t move or size would be great if you can add a postcode search to the map so it can take me to my location thankyou                 TAMMI KIRLEW

To echo APS s review 22 03 19 the camera s auto recognition is terrible It would be brilliant if it worked but most of the time I find myself unsuccessfully taking multiple photos trying to ensure that they overlap to produce the full receipt Half the time it works half the time I give up UPDATE as informed by developer the autosnap feature can be disabled via app settings thank you for replying 5 stars                     John Campbell

This app needs to be able to upload receipts some of my receipts are digital so I have to send the receipts to someone else s phone then take a photo of their phone Its a pain if the receipt I ve just took a photo of doesn t work because its not clear enough I m deleting this app Ive taken screen shots but the only option on the app is to take a photo and no option to upload screenshots     Dean Robinson

Absolute pish Waste of time You can submit receipt after receipt with the correct items on it and it still gets rejected How people like using this app over others is beyond me What a waste of time Anyone looking into these apps should use click snap even though they re the same they pay out instead of wasting your time Run by a bunch of scammers     Alan Gulliver

I ve been using this for a couple of years now and it s not bad at all Updates usually include useful features but it really needs a you have used this offer already notification when you re scrolling through as it s often hard to keep track The main issue isn t with the app but with supermarkets not stocking the items on offer which can be frustrating Why make a promotion available and then not have the item And I m not talking sold out either on many occasions I ve been told that branches simply don t stock the promotional items at all                 Iain Purdie
