I have had my photobucket account for years and it s been pretty good I mean all I ve used it for is to store old pictures I just logged in today and noticed that now all my pictures have a photobucket watermark on them and it s in the middle of the damn pictures I tried downloading one to see if the mark will still be there at it is Im soo pissed off about this photobucket please fix this it s not fare at all 1 star until this problem is fixed you ve ruined all my pictures     Bree C

I have memories on here that are irreplaceable that go back 15 years I freaked out about the comments I saw about the pictures being watermarked so I signed in on my phone Yes all of my pictures are watermarked So I signed in on a tablet and they re not watermarked but as of now all of my pictures are going to get saved and moved to another site This is an outrage You re going to lose people left and right because of this so photobucket will soon be a distant memory     Brandi Ray

I downloaded the app because I m unable to download albums on the website and wanted to remove photos to meet their new free limit Even though you can download your albums the pictures will have a big watermark from photobucket on them Thus defeating the purpose of downloading I don t want to have to pay just to download my own pictures which have been on their site for years I don t see how this benefits the free users Would give zero stars if I could     Carletta Davis

This is the worst company to deal with Since I d an account with them they have made it so I exceed my limit The help files are unhelpful Trying to contact customer support is impossible because the captcha or whatever verification thing continuously fails I wanted to save off some of my photos to get below the limit threshold but I have to do it one image at a time If there is a bulk method I have no idea how to do it and getting in touch with any support type human is impossible 0 10 do not recommend     Pamela Hineman

In trying to download my images and videos but photobucket wont allow me to log in I only had the images saved there because I didn t have access to a USB before It should be illegal to not be able to have access TO MY PERSONAL PHOTOS And the nerve to charge to retrieve them makes this app that much worse NO stars would of been better     Cat Astrophic

your app doesn t meet the quality of your website i wanted to upload 30 files but in 10 hours with 4G backing up it was just able to upload 9 files App asked me to upload files and i selected what i wanted to upload but instead of uploading those files it started to pull whole gallery and there was no option to stop the uploading what the hell you are trying to steal files from our mobile gallery     Hemant Kumar

Absolutely terrible They hold your photos hostage and trying to retrieve photos that I uploaded 15 years ago is painstaking The app has a menu feature to download all images within an album but it doesn t actually download the photos just blank files with the same name of the photo file The website only lets you download photos individually with a ton of clicks necessary They also still use ads in their app even though they now are forcing you to PAY for their photo hosting Use imgur to host photos to post on the web or your FREE photo storage included with your google account What a terrible business decision     Caitlin C

Great app to have automatically backup all your photos instantly I have nothing against Google photos but this is another sure fire way you Kan keep your photos backed up Been using this app for years no complaints and those i had they already fixed a long time ago an it just keeps getting better                     Derrick Wooley

Been using photobucket for over a decade I originally opened my acct for storage of my photos but they offer so much more than that The app is user friendly n there is a wide range of options for editing a photo which they ve made extremely simplistic if nothing else try the app and give it a chance I think you ll be impressed The only minor complaint I hv is whn ur exiting an album the app returns to the top of the pg which becomes a lil annoying if u hv alot of albums which most people do                     Sierra Taramasco
