They charged incredibly way too much to access your computer from your phone then they discontinued the free online access altogether unless you pay for the monthly service plan I Can t maintain confidence in their billing and infrastructure to suggest them long term     Charles Olson

As a small market radio station we began using Logmein in 2014 Recently switched to Splashtop from Logmein Pro due to insane pricing increases Logmein went from free to 99 Totally understandable Then from 99 to 249 Ouch Then from 249 to 349 Whoa This last jump from 349 to 899 is simply too much I would ve changed to something else after the last price hike but didn t have the time to research a new solution I d pay 249 all day over the 99 for Splashtop as Logmein is sleeker and more user friendly but being a Non profit we just can t justify the tremendous increase in cost     Timothy Roberts

This app has issues with my Samsung galaxy 8 When I log into the computer I m working on at work it won t recognize on my phone when I click on something I have to back out of the app then go back in to see the change or what I clicked on When I use the app on my I Pad I don t have these issues But I need this app more on my phone for when I m out and about I didn t use to have this issue but over the last 6 to 8 months it started Please help     Kevin Watson

all I m trying to do is connect to my home network like I ve done 1000x before via computers the app does not have any option to connect to the network only remote access which 1 isn t what I want hamachi for and 2 costs 15 dollars for a subscription no thanks i just need to force my tablet to thinking it s at home so i can use steam link or AMD link             A Google user

There is no button to close Logmein on my Samsung Galaxy S3 remote without turning off my host computer You then have to relog onto your host computer when you want to reconnect with the host Anyone else who wants to use or login to the host will have to know your password This is not a problem when accessing the host with Logmein on my ipad where there is a X button which allows you to end your session without turning off the host Logmein is aware of this problem no fix planned why not     Neil Stahl

I bought into this app three years ago to take care of the family systems while they were on vacation They jacked the rates on me by 200 You know what I told them They were fired Went to something else     r cc

Sadly this app has several bugs When I type it takes the last few characters and pastes them in at the end of my original word Additionally they over charge for the logmein pro so I have cancelled the acct for my office And will be using a different product that is either free or more reasonably priced All I needed was to log into my computer remotely to do simple tasks     A Google user

I was a big supporter of logmein in the early days Paid 40 for the android app Really disappointed to see how things have gone over time I m left wondering what I got for my money I can t access anything now without a subscription Subscriptions are far too expensive especially when there are so many free and similar remote access products A real shame guys I won t be coming back         Adam Bourne
