The apps fine does what you need it to Except it does this strange thing where it ll tell you your time is too fast and then tell you to change the internal time of your phone Or have you put in your password and then tell you that Something s not right Try that again Or the slide to check your balance is always Not Available other than that the app is easy on the eyes and very useful to check your balance             ??????

The app and 3 feature is great get your direct deposit up to 2 days earlier is fantastic but don t ever lose that card remember there is no branch or store that you can go and ask for a new one and if you need the money right away you have to wait for a week for your new card to arrive and it cost 5 bucks And there is nobody that you can talk to but an automated system and a web chat that is pretty much useless             Tarquino Vintimilla

This app is terrible Every few weeks I have to uninstall it and reinstall due to it not allowing me to sign in change in app features move money to vault or out of vault and it comes up with a notice that the time on my phone doesn t match the time on the app I have tried to contact customer service numerous times with no success I m ready to change to another card     Jennifer Wilson

I have had green dot for almost a year now It was going good But not anymore Just got the new unlimited cash back card This new update causes lots of problems They also have poor customer service The app it says click to remember device so you can skip the 2 step verification process I did that and still have to go through the 2 step verification process It says you can deposit cash by the mobile app and not have to pay a fee I tried that yesterday September 7 2019 and it did not work         Jen Hunnel

It s awful Has had me running around rentering passwords that are correct and waiting for codes that may or may not come Then still tells me my account is blocked for verification But exact same info on line got in It s not 1 00 to activate with 50 dep If the first charge they post is A fee of 7 95 so far this cards has wasted way to much of my time and now it s holding the last few bucks declining my card Thats 38 for a cost of 51 00 it cost me 13 00 extra 4 just 1 38 00 item     31 Witches

Completely unsatisfied I had set up green dot to have my money directly deposited in the account and the very first time I got a deposit they locked my account on the same day the deposit hit and now have to wait 3 5 days before they unlock my card and now have no access to my money and am immensely screwed Nor do they have a supervisor to speak with till a week day I do not recommend this at all     Lucas Case

Always some problem Not recognizing your info Until it finally does Can t access my funds when needed Last month I m behind in my bills now technical problems causing me to not meet my obligation to my bank debtors and mounting Got new replacement card today 9 19 19 via Fed Ex from Green Dot When I feed the new info into Green Dot Automated system It rejects half of it and saying info is invalid And then disconnects my call 4 times in a row I even had the GreenDot bank help me     A Google user

I have had my GD account for over 12 years with no problems This last year I have encountered nothing but terrible customer service technical issues with the app as well as the website Since I can not often have access to my money when I need it I now have late fees from my bills Very disappointing I can no longer support this bank or give positive referrals to others     karen frame

App has a bug On the s10 you cannot enable finger print login It s very annoying Please fix this The issue is the app wants your password to enable the finger print option but the over pay for on screen finger print comes up before you can put in the password It s an endless loop and you can t get around it         Jacob Tucker

Just like the other people below me I keep getting errors that my time is set too fast I keep getting the read and agree error I get a something went wrong error sometimes and can t get money out of the stash this happened at one point during an emergency Hope you fix it soon         duvall gilchrist-montgomery

I got the app to use the mobile deposit feature on the unlimited card and it s the only feature that doesn t work keeps saying there is an error Being disabled you can t always make it to a shop to load money so this feature was important now having this card is pretty much useless         Nerissa Roberts

The new update on this app causes issues with never being able to log in on the first attempt and it frequently will not show your balance when you use the slide option Also the company personally makes it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to handle or resolve any disputes even if it was something that is a minor issue and could be resolved easily and quickly Also it seems as if they have completely done away with the load 1 500 or more in the month and your fee is waived option You ve become lame G D         Kory Berg

I have had a Walmart money card through green Since 2008 it finally got a great update the app lock much better than the I was so disappointed in the black Green Dot card when I found out they charge a 9 95 membership charge per month in addition they do not have the app lock on this app which makes no sense common sense to me because if the Walmart money card Green Dot has been out for at least 11 years I ve had it and you have it on that app which goes to the same bank     Rhonda Loving

Absolutely awful First off when you buy a card just return it You have to agree to all these ridiculous terms and create an account You can t just load it and go And then they have some hidden fee called a mobthly service fee that s seven bucks They took the rest of the money off my card which was about 20 bucks when I asked them about the fee and they refused to return it and additionally you also get charged if you want to check the balance Just don t buy it it s just easier     Keegan LoVell

The app works good most of the time except if you re out of the United States if so their servers reject outside IP addresses you ll have to download a VPN and log into a US server once you do the app and their website will allow you to log in Their chat support sucks and their help desk agents are useless can t even offer assistance or any information                 Blackwaltz 313

Do not buy this card You will be waiting forever getting registered You re money will be just sitting on your card leaving you with no access to your money Online sign up keep saying check back later Service sucks They need to cancel this prepaid card ASAP It seem to be some type of scam Do not buy this year Thank me later     Ronnie Roberts

The app is claiming that my phone s time is 2 seconds fast and therefore will not allow me to verify my email or set the pin number to my card The email verification code doesn t expire for an hour after its sent so why would 2 seconds even matter Furthermore i keep asking for a NEW verification code and ive received the same one over and over PLEASE FIX THIS AND MAKE THE WHOLE THING WORTHWHILE otherwise why did i bother with any of it             Chase Danial Flynn

Terrible app I cant get into the app even though I keep changing my password It keeps stating its not on file how is that possible if I just made the password you approved it and sent me back to login page I like being able to see my money and where its going so i will be switching to another card one I know works thanks for nothing have a great day     Tiffany Smith

The app performs flawlessly does everything it promises One suggestion for improvement would be that it showed the balance next to each transaction like the website does For you unhappy users read info before complaining all the info re this card is available to you before purchase To avoid the monthly fee all you have to do is load a 1000 a month works great for direct deposit or use it 30 times a month This is not a gift card but a reloadable debit card                     Carolyn Z

Downloaded app put in all my info registered my new card and when I went to see my balance it was not even my card number don t know whose account number that was but it was not mine customer service chat line was okay except for Christian who ended chat with me because I guess I was not typing fast enough for him I think that this app a joke it doesn t say that you have to go through what you have to go through to get your card on your account it s definitely something that you cannot do online         Amy Johnson

THE WORST I made a payment to a company and on the company s end the payment didnt go through It said card error I tried to compete the payment twice Green dot still charged my card even though the payment didnt go through I called green dot as well as had screen shots of the pending transaction The transaction was pending for about 12 days then all of a sudden everything was gone Like the transaction never existed Green dot didn t help at all and I lost my money They are scammers     Nikiya Delaughter

My money was not available in seconds like the app says I loaded it on a green dot visa pre paid card with the green dot logo I cannot register this card and now I have to fill out report and be ran around in circles just to get my money back that I worked hard for do not use anything with a green dot logo this product should not be legal to sell to hard working people the customer service is pathetic unable to reach a human this bank should shut down extra time now for money I already earned     Thomas Teague

This app and card was good until I got my first direct deposit today Once my deposit hit my account it was placed on hold I called customer service and was told hold will be removed within 4 hours It has now been seven hours and I have bills to pay today and I need to put gas in my car I cant get through now ro customer service and have been on hold for more than 4 hours IM SO FRUSTRATED BE CAREFUL WITH ADDING YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT TO THIS CARD APP             Meisha Jones

Always up and running I ve never had this app crash or just not work You can find all the answers to all your questions right on the app I just deposited my first check and it was so easy The card is excepted everywhere I go If you want cash back just take it out while you shop and there is no charge                     Heather Bock

What a waste of money Do not use a GreenDot Cash Back Visa Debit Card 1st you can t register the card because you get a message saying they are having technical difficulties Try later I have been trying for 5 hours now with the same message 2nd If you call the number on the card they say use the app THE APP DOESN T WORK     Dave Russell
