There s too many scam projects in this site Once you bid to that project you can t retract it There would be an error since the project didn t available anymore Hence you can t place another bid on other project unless you go premium Please resolve this kind of problem Regarding the error and projects fraud     Christelle Emmanuella

App tends to be the only way you can talk to clients sometimes because the website often crashes Customer service sucks and takes far to long to respond I was locked out of my account and the idiots keep sending me responses via web links to my account i couldn t access because I was locked out Very frustrating people to deal with         Jacques McKenzie

Rating the app specifically I have not been able to use the app for over a month now since it kept popping up error of no internet connection and refusing me from logging in After promise from the support team for a resolution soon I was very eagerly looking for the latest update unfortunately the problem persists It is so sad that the app has progressively deteriorated to being totally unusable     Chandru Ganeson

As a developer I appreciate how the back end of the app works It s functionality is awesome but I wouldn t put it among other top apps I ve used As a user I have to say the interface is not anything close to appealing I find it hard to navigate through the app I don t know how to put it but I don t get the good feel like that of Fiverr app Bottom Line I normally appreciate efficient apps with awesome interfaces The UI needs some work         collins upendo

9 out of 10 time notification will not come with this app even when I make this app notifications as highest priority I lost many updates due to this Unreliable app for new messages or projects updates I need to check manually every time Of course I have push notifications enabled and even importance updated to emergency But this app is not giving notifications         Amitesh Ojha

Stupid App First they ask you to subscribe to their Free Plus for a month and then they charge 117rs for that Also as per the plan you are supposed to get 100 bids however i got only 10 and now they are asking me to upgrade my plan to get more bids I sent an email to customer service and as expected no reply from them Also the 10 bids i made none of the employer contacted me I dont think so its possible not to get a single reply I think its nothing but scam     Cheenu Munna

The mobile app is slow message not always updated until refresh manually Milestone payment can never be done I have entered more than 10 times even restarting phone but it just never work I ended up login on website and get it done Overall this is a very bad mobile app     Tecsun Yeep

This is not good I have been charged with out notification if I wanted to continue the subcription or not I wanted to terminate my account because nothing job is there And there s no option also how to cancel the account or cancel subscription They just automatic deduct money from bank account Is it right That s the work of a crook     Reynan Traje

This is a nice platform but freelancer should provide more checks and filters to filter out false employers with false project I worked on a project for a month he was supposed to pay me 15k just when the time came to pay that person vanished never replied nor paid and did not even take the project another guy posted a different project and after accepting project says a different thing altogether             Sujoy Datta

Fraudulent activities and transaction is a priority for this app the app is decent but it mostly supports fraudulent people who ask the workers to pay in advance through there Skrill account so that they take a refundable security deposit and refund it after some assignments which is a lie     Mohammad Bijle

MyProjects comes up as a filtered list where I have to switch between different radio buttons and then apply filter it should just be a dashboard with buttons for MyProjects contests etc I switched from Broswer based login to mobile app and suddenly couldn t see active contests this user experience could be better         Spam 4mobile

I am on this platform from past 1 year some one else used my pan card details here and created account three months before How can freelancer created that account if id is already used in verification And it has been three months already now that fake person did not pay to freelancer Freelancer team is saying that account is mine and i have to pay for it othervise they will close my account Please take responsibility I am having really very bad experience There are so many frauds here     avni godara

Hey this app one lag when i open any peoject description then if i tap on right side corner of the menu where share button open but then it freeze the app nothing happening no going back so i have close the app then open it try to fix this         Santosh Jha
