Note that it isn t worth your time to check in with this app if the wait time is close to 90 minutes Without warning the app removes anyone that has been in the queue for 90 minutes regardless of what your check in wait time may have been This happened to me and the staff on site could have cared less when I walked in and was no longer in the queue so take this into account and plan accordingly or just frequent a business with better customer service assuming such can still be found         David Andrick

Using the app is completely pointless if you are not properly checked in upon arrival I was asked if i checked in when i got there and i said through the app After an hour of waiting and being bumped back continuously past the 18 minute app forecast i got called minutes after they properly checked me in     aaron miller

Inconsistent wait times App will give a wait time and when I show up after or right at that time the wait is longer Today itshowed 20 minute wait I got there exactly 20 minutes later and waited an additional 15 minutes This has happened 5 times so far and I only get my hair cut once a month         matthew hohman

Overall good quality However There seems to be a bug which automatically cancels checkin after an hour even if wait time is more than an hour So when i thought it is my turn after 70 minutes of wait and arrive in the great clips branch I was told the request can no longer be found                 Walter Sun

Its been great Like tha app The only thing that would make it better is to be able to schedule an appointment say 20 minutes in the future Say you check before you leave the house its 10 minutes to the shop The app says 2 minute wait I d like to schedule it for when I ll actually be there Thanks                 Shawn Erz

We have been there 2 times now 1st time they took everyone that checked in online first no matter that we had been sitting there for 30 minutes So tonight my husband had me check in online It said 15 minutes we were there within the 15 minutes 1 name ahead of us and then they pulled the names of everyone sitting there after our names I will be calling corporate about your policies     Kym

The app interface is good but there s not mich point in checking in if it doesn t actually hold your spot When I checked in it said 23 minutes 20 minutes later it says 28 minutes This has happened the last three times         Chris O'Keefe

I travel often for work and this is perfect Notes on how I like my haircut travels with me I can find a location and make an appointment easily from any town Thos cuts down on waiting in line amd when I get in the chair the stylist already has the notes on how to cut my hair Great app                     Noh Nogh

it worked fine until the may upgrade now it will not even load you guys broke it I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times when it tries to load it says Sorry application closed even with the recent July upgrade it still does not work galaxy s4     P E

it s great you can create a profile but how do you link existing profiles from the location to the app what about parents who want to check in children how do they check in a child create a whole other profile for each nope not gonna go thru that hassle     Amanda Murphy
