If you are Android owner,you now can download ParkChicago for free from Google Play. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 5.0.01 has been released on 2014-04-14. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. The app is pretty easy to use and convenience way to park the car around Chicago Also you can extend your time unlike that traditional machine you have to come back and extend every time the reason I m giving it a 4 Star is the City should combine this app with the p map app which can help you find parking location on the map Thank you for creating the app to help visitor navigate around the crazy traffic of Chicago                 Eddy Zhuo

Do you like giving away your money into a parking meter even though you pay taxes well this app is for you You must pre pay 20 bucks toward your account then pay them an EXTRA 35 cent convience fee every time you park for less than 2 hours The conveince fee is waved if you park for over 2 hours Or you can simply pay by the box helpful     Lawrence Semel

Fees really you alright took 20 before I started the app and if I add more time there s a fee if it s less then 2hr there s a fee Can we all get a real explanation why Only in Chicago will they find ways nickel and dime you Also were stuck with this for what the next 90 years because of the old mayor leasing out If that fees we re to be for fixing the streets and painting line I think we would all be ok with it Let s see what the new mayor does to raise taxes so this company rip us off again     Oscar M

this would be a great app if it works properly the idea is great but the app doesn t ring when the session is almost over or it says that there is no connection and I had the Internet for sure it takes me to the beginning trying to make a new account with the same pin number i have screenshots to show this can t wait to stop having a need for it hope some time soon     Ivana Nikolic

the app it doesn t work without a wifi connection but the customer service told me that it was not necessary and a cell signal was enough so was that a lie to make me pay the 20 Shame on you     cusialbi

site down cannot log in or change pin because the app is not allowing contact via internet Ultimately tried to get into their system from a pc but that was impossible also because apparently I am not a customer My only option after emails phone calls tweets etc is to set up a new account and just admit that ParkChicago stole my account balance The time and aggravation are much more than the 15 or so they scammed me out of But who knows when they will do this again Still no answer to any communication and when I get a person on the phone I get transferred to a FULL MAILBOX This is now the worst Customer Service ever invented     Michael Dixon

Its glitchy and the push notifcations will override any other app thats being used This needs a fix ASAP and please change the notifcation sound from a car horn that some times goes off when your driving away from the parkibg spot         Sam Olendorf

Chicago basically stole 15 because there was no way to stop the time I entered I inadvertently selected to use all my time This app doesn t represent the city very well     Merit Technology

Dont bother with this app they charge a service fee every time you reserve for less than 2 hrs and additionally each time you want to extend your time The app forces you to pre load 20 minimum I figured it would be an easier way to park on the streets but like everything else in Chicago they re just squeezing money from you wherever they can     Julie Romero

This app is completely unreliable More than once have I gotten a ticket because the app does not properly Implement notifications Additionally not only do they force you to load money into your account they force you to reload before you use all of the money You are charged additional fees for using the credit card and less you pay the maximum amount this might be fine except when the maximum amount is 2 hours and you can only load up an hour and 45 minutes Which means it actually cost you more money than if you were to load the actual maximum amount     Daniel Costalis
