There is zero room for human error just so you know I accidentally finalized a reservation I hadn t meant to complete I thought there would be a final screen to enter a promo code or review and that s it game over nothing you can do You can t even cancel within 5 minutes of doing it I understand not being able to cancel after a certain time period but even an hour would be helpful for those of us who are only human and sometimes make mistakes     Mary Mills

Worst hotel booking experience I have ever had When we arrived at our hotel they informed us that they did not have any rooms I contacted Hotelstonight which gave us a credit for our resevation and for a new room and after 16 minutes they told us to book on the app We booked a new room and when we arrived they told us they had no two bedroom rooms We settled for a one bed room for a family of 4 The new hotel was wonderful but super bummed about our experience Will not be booking again     julia fulton

After Downloading The app and hearing about the daily drop feature I tried it and received a offer for 330 I then compared hotel tonight s special price to what the going rate for that same hotel was going for on Google and the hotels website I found pricing at 180 190 for the same hotel Tried the feature again the next day and got the same hotel at the same price RIP off app Don t waste your time     Ramon Bravo

Ruined by resort fees This app used to be great for picking up last minute travel and looking at hotels but no resort fee transparency means that the rooms are actually 25 60ish a night more than stated on the app and finding the added fees and keeping up with the REAL prices makes it annoying to use         Leah Peeks

Thought this was a great app until I booked a specific hotel only 2find out when I get to the hotel it was over booked The overbooked hotel tells me my room is in their sister hotel 7blocks away from location I called customer service I explained I felt mislead I did not want the hotel 7 blocks away They wouldn t refund me I ended up staying in a hotel I didn t choose and paid more than the price shown My choice was stay where we want or lose your money Horrible customer service     Nadia Bisio

I ve had an opportunity to use this app a lot on a cross country trip I like that it shows a good mix of boutique hotel and larger chain hotels I generally save money on bookings vs going to the hotel s app even with member discounts My only complaint is that there s no way on the mobile UI to add a hotel you ve already booked to the favorites list Right now a user has to favorite a hotel before booking it then remove it from the favorites list after the stay wasn t to their liking                 Rosalind McCullough

Used to love the app The deals are not that great any more and last time I searched for a room in Bend OR they showed me a hotel with a good deal as if it was in town I booked the room and then realized it was 120 miles away I immediately tried to cancel but they wouldnt give me a refund only a credit Be very careful when you use their misleading search     Pierre-Yves Couteau

Was completely misled by the description of the room and the actual room we recieved The app says the hotel chooses the room but that s not accurate the app is given a couple extremely basic rooms from the hotel but the app sold it as having a kitchen with a small livingroom In reality it was a small room no kitchen and described by hotel staff as the worst room on the property Don t download go with one of the more trusted sites Paid 250 a night for a 100 room stayed 6 nights     Nick Pinto

Horrible App They list any hotel they can with out verifying out checking in them I purchased a room for 400 in a what seemed to be a nice hotel when I got there it was a old crappy motel with cockroaches in the room I walked out I call them and they refused to do anything about it they are getting any hotel they can and charging a percentage off your fee STAY AWAY     Rob Roham

worst experience ever Booked a hotel for 2 nights just to find out the hotel was completely booked out then when i call customer service they said we can srefund your money in 5 7 business days or se can credit your account toward a hotel that was twice the price for 1 night i definetly wouldnt recommend using this app at all they don t even seem to update or check availability of the hotels they advertise for worst service ever     Timon Moe

Hotel Tonight can t even do the most simple ask of a consumer and supply a receipt for the amount spent I modified my booking to check out two days early and they tell me it is impossible to supply a receipt for the actual dates I stayed and the actual amount I spent Book directly with any hotel and they will match the advertised price on Hotel Tonight Not worth the headache of dealing with these people     Seth Bryant

Wow where has this app been all my life The first time I used it I ended up im a Suite in midtown Manhattan for 197 It had two thermostats and a guest bathroom it was so large                     Frank McCollum

If I could give this app negative stars I would They sold me a room that was not available The hotel had called them at noon 9 hours prior to booking and told them to remove their rooms from the site because none were available I received no notification from the app that my room wasn t available until after I had arrived and was on hold with customer service They then tried to credit the app instead of refunding my money Do yourself a favor and just use Expedia     Mary Howard

In my firts reservation my account got blocked for no apperent resons my card is fine I called the 1844 number they told me cant help you system ERROR ISSUES Try the email for support maybe there they will resolve Still waiting for reply So can really say i used it in my expereince the prices are not the actual price you pay at the end That it is not fair if U ask me FalseAdvertising in my opinion totally waste of my time     Gabriel A

Worst ever Hotel was booked and I was called a week later to say my reservation had been cancelled Now everything is sold out and our anniversary plans ruined Customer service did nothing to make up for it Just sorry and agreed to refund my money rather than keeping it as a credit I realize stuff happens but when it does you should make up for it somehow and giving me my money back should be just the start Book direct with hotels people You just cant count on this app     Anna Green

Loyal user until I had the unfortunate experience of making two reservations in a row where both were double charged meaning once by HT and the other by the hotel directly In both instances the prices charged by HT were higher than that charged to my credit card by the hotel They refunded the cheaper of the two Have stopped using this app due to wide price discrepancies and don t truly have a price match clause of any benefit to the consumer     Wilhelm Kienast

I had heard great things gave try Terrible experience I pressed the wrong date for booking Like all Humans we make mistakes immediately I call C S to have this rectified I was up till 4am fighting to help me get Into any room really I had my kids sleeping in car Finally after a hard time I asked for a refund to take kids to any hotel C S is terrible I got lucky because the gentlemen said on the recorded line refund could take 5day I just wanted a room but they could not assist me     DIANA TABARES

I was hesitant to use this app after reading all of the negative reviews But I decided to do everything I could to protect myself I called customer service great experience btw before I booked and asked them a couple questions that helped ease my mind After that I called the hotel and asked them how booked the hotel was I took about a week to decide and went ahead and pulled the trigger I gave it a few hours and called the hotel and they had my reservation Our vacation was amazing TY                     Shane Kring

No easy way to delete account or an unwanted promo code I used by mistake When i want to enter the correct code it tells me its only for new customers when ive just signed up But because i inputted a code by mistake i am no longer considered a new customer even though i have never booked a room with the app Seems like it has good deals         Marko Delgadillo

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this app The deals are no better than any that you can find on your own At no point should you use the app if you ever have the slightest concern that a life event or family emergency will make you unable to utilize the room then forget about cancelling your room without a 100 cancellation fee You may even try to cancel as soon as you find out weeks in advance and you will never get a penny back     Michael Phillips
