The app would be more useful if it would allow you to sign in with your saved info Even after putting in your fingerprint it will not sign you in Do not have this issue when using this app on iPad or PC Strictly on the Android app The only way around it is to reset your password again which won t work later on Looking up FAQs is no help either since they always reference combining accounts Once this is fixed the app will be usable     ahn daewoong
More effort than I would like in a relatively new app It forgets me and I have to login again It often refuses to load when I am on Wi Fi When it decides to work though it is good I can see my points make a reservation and find my confirmation number These are all things customer service or the desk clerk can do for me so not a big deal overalk when it fails it just means Marriott spends more on labor             Carrie Cassidy
The Marriott bonvoy app is quick and easy to use It saves my preferences and history so it is extremely easy to rebook The app has a wealth of information on the property location and amenities I am a lifetime titanium elite member and the reason for my loyalty is the breadth of their property offerings from budget to Elite properties All are consistent in quality and meat my expectations                     Linda Stoops

I had about 4 days where it would come up with rooms unavailable whenever I tried to book a room for all hotels in the Sacramento area Thank goodness I stay quite often at Fairfield Inn and the manager gave me a great deal when I called to book It looks like the problem is fixed and the site seems to be simplified versus what was up previously                 Renee Keahey
This app is terrible Often I am unable to book hotels because it is in a constant state of searching I would love to be a regular customer of Marriott but find myself constantly booking thru Hilton because their app is much more efficient As a business traveler with a minimum of 4 over nights a week it s a shame I dont stay at Marriott more often The app makes it so inconvenient to book     Jennifer Connor
Layout is way better with 9 6 19 update but there s a glitch if I click select but don t book and go back to room availability list the room disappears from app and I have to wait 20 min before it comes back The system probably is holding room but it needs to dump it out of cart if it isn t confirmed Also for confirmed bookings dates can t be edited You have to select another available room to change dates which is so ridiculous because I already have a booking They don t make it easy             hP
Good application I started to used more than a year ago I have checked in on line and chatted with hotel services I have not given five stars since after checking in it re proposed me to check in When I confirmed again it just stood in a waiting state until I closed it and forced it to restart                 Carlos Griffa
