Used to be good but now it won t accept mobile checks from my android 7 1 phone and the app is no longer compatible with my old 4 4 2 phone which has a better camera and I used to deposit checks from all the time Just tells me either it can t read the checks or just that it can t deposit at this time Very frustrating experience         N64gbachick

it suddenly stopped working it keeps saying to try again later for like three weeks Update after 3 months of try again later it suddenly started working again When I originally reported the problem they said they put on an update that required me to buy a newer phone I pushed back hard against this and asked them to fix the update and let me know when it was working again They didn t notify me but it is working now Still three months is a long time to fix a bad update         Robert Blackhall

Freezes to the point where you can only use the app once each time Once you exit the app it locks up If I want to access my account again I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single time It s flawed to the point where it s just pointless for them to even have an app anymore when it s this bad     Kara Howell

It doesnt work well and it ask you for your password after you enter it It tells you it is not recognized Even when you try several times The app is not easy to navigate and do mobile banking easly and quickly I m wondering how big bank like Comerica doesnt have good app like small banks         Sabber Salem

App needs to have fingerprint ability According to Customer Service it does under more button but it s not on my app and my app is up to date         A Google user

I have been banking with Comerica for a very long time and used to never have an issue with the mobile app For the last 7 months I have not been able to access the app it keeps telling me that an error has occurred to try again later I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it restarted my phone called customer service and talked to my branch about it and no one has an answer as to why i cant access the app This is incredibly frustrating This needs to be fixed or im closing my account     Michelle Cuevas

It was working fine until yesterday 12 22 18 Since then all it does is give me an error message which says to try again later This is the second day and I can t get it to even log in February 1st 2019 and it still isn t working The alternative app isn t working this morning either A large corporate bank should be able to offer a working app for their customers     Merry 123

App has far to many issues especially considering it s a major banks app the load times for the bulletin message and to connect to your account to do anything are ridiculous and sometimes take several minutes errors are very common and many times it simply seems as though its offline and cant reach the services and add a fingerprint sensor already It s pretty sad banking apps are a pretty standard thing these days and are how many people conduct their banking I expect more from my bank         guitar guy

Drive thru staff is great it falls down fast after that Mobile app is a joke took 2 weeks with the lobby staff telling me one thing and finally had to work another week with phone cust service for them to tell me the banking lobby is instructing people the wrong way Now the app does not work again management needs to experience what the customers do         A Google user

Its a bit of a pain to log in at first but it forces you to be security conscious This is a good thing You don t need to log in to check your balance It only seems to work half the time though I get system error please try again far too often         John Lazar

App doesnt go in depth within the history I have a transaction where a company charged me 200 on a tuesday then reimbursed my account friday morning There s no HISTORY of this occurring i had to contact the other company on multiple occasions just to understand that this transaction never happened comerica i need to see everything Withdraws deposits and any past events involving my money thanks             Rashaard Nolan

Can t login using our Comerica Mobile Banking apps on our Samsung Note 9 phones or our iPad Pro tablets for 5 days now The Comerica representative offered little explanation and his only suggestion was to use our desktop computers We are a mobile company and dont sit at desks all day We need this app to work     Julie Torbert
