Pretty disappointing for mobile users I have a new 2019 cell phone v Android 10 that is fully updated and most recent NHL app v 11 0 0 I get notifcations of videos and articles and when click theres always an error message and blank page I m no expert but this seems like it should be pretty easy to fix I used to pay for gamecenter but have stopped now If the free stuff barely works why pay so much for premium features Better off using ANY other sports apps for updates and articles     Dylan West

I just read the reviews below and I am also having issues the first time I use it this year Same thing as mentioned below I can watch on my tablet but when I cast to my TV I am told there is an issue and that my account is being used at another location the other location is a few feet away in my room I guess I purchased this through Rogers for years with no issues I thought they were connected with each other when I purchased but it appears not I hope this is only opening night jitters Please fix this     Tom Harrison

Do not purchase a subscription through this app Warning I bought a full year subscription back in Sep Preseason starts and no access They have a record of the purchase they have the money but no access granted First support call hangs up on me Second one tells me after 35mins to email them screenshots of the error messages stating I can t get any games to play They state they can see the subscription purchase but it is not active Will NOT refund the purchase and will NOT turn on     Jon St. Pierre

Doesn t deliver on all that it promises And given the stupid blackout rules I have zero trust in purchasing the NHL TV feature to watch games likely to get stiffed Good for getting news watching short videos but there s a bunch of loop problems with links to different features i e click on a link it loops back to the page you re already on It s better to watch game updates on google versus using the app to do so because of the loop link problem ex won t open player profiles         Bhaggs11

This app flat out doesnt work I streamed chromecast for one game tried to switch to another games and an error message pops up saying i m logged in on another account Impossible as i just signed up Ive restarted closed logged out in nothing The app still wont work and i have no response from the nhl Give me my money back and i ll change this to two stars     Jeff Janzen

Why is this app such a struggle I am able to stream games on my phone sometimes but on any other device I get the black out restriction or this account is being used on another device Please fix your app Paid a fortune for the subscription so make it worth while     Jade Beardy

This app has always been a pain for the 6 years I have used it Now Android 10 it constantly buffers even though my internet speed is over 200mbps and cannot cast to my Chromecast without either giving an error that I can t stream on multiple devices buffers even longer or doesn t load at all The website is still the only way to watch the games which is unfortunate for paying so much     Nicholas Thon

Now I cant listen to the game that I want it will only let you listen to a game that they have picked If they will fixed that I will make it a five star rating Like today there are 11 games playing and they are playing two game on the radio         S-G-P !

Will not let me watch montreal games I live in Ontario weekday games I can t watch on tv because I m not in Quebec region that is why i paid for the package When i try and watch on my smart tv or playstation4 through this app I am also blacked out Previous 2 seasons i never had an issue I want my money back if I cant watch hab games then I would of never bought the package     ryan larocca

Found a bug in the app that affects casting games If you have a favourite team in the app an error will pop up when trying to cast their games You have to unfavourite and casting will magically happen Tldr fix the favourite team casting issue         Trit Sterling

I absolutely love the app A couple of nitpicking points though 1st what happen to being able to use your favorite teams logo as the app picture before you click on the NHL app 2nd I get you only give 1 free game every other night or so and have to pay to watch any of the other games great way to make money but it d be cooler if the user could select the 1 game they want to watch any given bight and then if they wanted to watch a 2nd game the app could do it how you do it now                 Ryley DeCocker
