And not one from the current version of the app it gets worse it actually has a very odd icon made using the windows paint program a solid white square background instead of the usual transparent background that any competent android programmer would have used It appears to be a scene of a lake with trees in the foreground a round image on a square white background could be an old vinyl album cover Moreover it installs two apps with that same strange iconu2013second app is named u201cNote Padu201d nonfunctional just scary Quotes u201cEff Monthly Rental Incomeu201d and u201cMonthly Pay Out Pocketu201d What on earth is that u2013 In either case they arent telling mostly gibberish apparently from nonEnglish speakers It requires you to list both first and second loans else it reports a monthly payment of zerou2013then the payment is wrong does not explain what u201cpaymentu201d may include Finally the app asks for Closing Costs as a percent of the Price ridiculous Bad turns to Sad when it u201coutputsu201d only five numbers one being a restatement of an input If you need a real app of this sort you will probably have to part with a couple of dollars to get something real     A crappy screenshot as their app store icon
