doesent connect to the desk unless i turn off my 4g internet i think the app is trying to use my mobile internet to communicate with the desk             michael paget

Overall the additions are excellent The auto connect is easy All functions are accessible Having direct selects faders all with labels has brought the convenience of the Console to the remote Occasionally it takes a bit longer to do basic functions just because there s so many more screens to flip through I do wish it was possible to turn off the animations of changing screens I m partially inclined to request magic sheet integration but fear the issues Best to do the basics well                     Shannon Pies

Helpful to have a remote for your console always in your pocket but functionality is rough Definitely could use improvements updates Update having to open the app with internet to verify that I paid is a royal pain no longer easier to test lights when up on a ladder lift Also I sorely miss being able to patch fixtures It looks prettier but at least the classic version is less buggy It s solid and dependable I prefer classic free app now     Isaac Gleason

The update is great The UI is easier to work with and the functionality is exactally what I want HOWEVER the way it manages the free vs paid version is terrible EVERY TIME you open the app you are required to have internet connectivity This means you have to disconnect from the console open up local Wi Fi start the app switch back to the console WAP and then connect the app to your system If you accidently close the app in this process you have to start all over again This needs to be fixed If that issue were gone this would be a 5 star app             Luke Holliger

Good update in terms of functionality however there are a few bugs the app reverts to free mode every time it s offline and opened fresh this is time consuming and less than helpful Also on the facepanel Rem Dim should be available without switching screens Please look into stability of connections as it s not quite been the same since             Matthew Bird

It seems like every time I try to use the app it resets me to free mode with no functionality I have to disconnect from my console connect to a network restart the app to get activated on full mode them reconnect to my console I ve been using OSC RFR app more frequently because of this glitch         M McClelland

Does as advertised everything the RFR does and more and much more reliable and faster than the RFR but for one thing In channel check I m tapping the Next button dozens of times in a row but looking at the stage not the phone so my thumb can drift off the Next button on the screen Could the app take over the volume up down buttons and interpret them as Next Prev similar to the thumbwheel on the RFR                 Pretty good could be better Nathan Schroeder

Just spent a day focusing lights with this thing For an old designer who started out on resistor plates it is amazing Had a few difficulties with the wi fi but managed to solve them without having to find a junior high kid Big thank you to the developers both for the software and the donation idea                     Really nice Richard Gamble

You can set up the board but you can t actually connect to it unless you buy the premium version of the app It s labeled as a Test Period but it s actually impossible to test it if you can t connect to the board No way am I going to pay 50 for an app if I can t try it first This is a complete waste of space don t bother downloading it unless you re planning on buying it immediately ETC should be ashamed of themselves for misleading potential customers     No actual Test phase Jeremy Ellwood
