Calls not showing on my screen I hear the ringtone my desk phone rings but I am unable to answer a call on my cell even if I pull the app up when it is ringing Using Pixel 3 XL with the most recent updates EDIT Turned out to be a system issue with Do Not Disturb and it not actually being off as indicated in the settings Rating changed to reflect that I m still missing some calls but at least 80 are coming through to the app                 Zak Taylor

Love the desktop app the IM tools and so much about this software but the Ring App on my Pixel 3 is super inconvenient Any call that comes through on my mobile number or on the other line on my Ring phone number disconnects my headset and completely interrupts my current call As a guy who is on calls ALL DAY LONG this is super messy and hard to manage             Tim Henward

does not work on chromebook anymore running the google pixelbook and when i uninstall and reinstall i log in then it freezes on the login page once i validate my account and return to the app then crashes upon relaunch it freezes the whole system until it crashes again about 30 seconds later hoping this will get fixed by Aug 8th thanks             Yoann Bohbot

Many parts of the app work fine but during video meetings my phone becomes extremely hot to thr touch and frequently turns itself off if a meeting goes over 15 minutes During this time it drains about 35 battery     Ben Johnson

update slightly better Bluetooth performance but meetings still drop constantly the app can t open meeting links so you must copy and paste the meeting ID and you cannot copy paste a phone number into the dialer which is just irritating Bluetooth does not work making this app limited in usefulness as a business phone Still can not do group texts Try Google Voice it s free and does both of these things             Joshua Resneck

I love having an app that centralizes all my communication avenues I am in and out of the office a lot and this helps me keep up on all my internal and external correspondence The ability to call and text external contacts while using my office number is huge reason I use the app The Glip to SMS feature is fantastic Very pleased                     Sean Marrs

This app is trash since the latest update RC rings my desk phone on the Mac app and on the Android app at the same time Since this latest update the app on my Android phone never rings It used to do that on occasion before but it would still work half the time Now it never rings my cellphone It s completely useless when using it for that purpose     Brad Gray
