The usability of the app has improved a lot over the years But now it is full of ads Ads in the middle of screens you need to scroll so its too easy to accidentally click them That sucks a lot At least give us the option to pay for ad free And no not your 70 year subsription to ESPN Insider My fantasy football league will be moving to another platform next season if this isn t changed         Nathaniel Spring

Would like better indication of when your player is on the field when looking at the matchup score There is a symbol when they re in the redzone but that it When I click on a player update it displays their stats and a drop button instead of the news update which is what I want Have to scroll past stats graphs and advertisements to get to the news blurb     Darren Manderson

This app has some of the most aggravating UX decisions I have ever experienced Why does the back button change functionality depending on what screen I m on It should just be the previous view A clearly labeled home button should bring me home Tapping a players name should bring up the player profile always It s very difficult to get to player details on game day which makes research frustrating and time consuming Fantasycast only shows the last play Give me play by play     Wolf Howard

I was wondering why 3 out of my 4 leagues switched to yahoo fantasy this year but understand why after seeing it now Over half the articles require paying money with ESPN to read them And when you turn on your news feed notification it doesn t give you updates on injuries or anything important happening in your league just sends you to those articles that you have to pay money to see Hoping next year I wont have any leagues with this app     cale oltmanns

1 Is not friendly for those of us who are visually impaired I have no issues with yahoo fantasy app and can see everything clearly The fonts and everything are way too small 2 Got low in data so speed slowed down and this was the only app that refused to open and show my team Couldn t get to wifi so it wasted that week of play         Ryan Carlin

Generally the app works pretty well however this latest update is not very intuitive For example it s hard to figure out how to view rosters of other teams in your league unless you muddle your way through all the matchups screens The player search now brings up a dialogue box which requires an extra click or two more than before but at least the app no longer hangs after being put in background                 Darren Vandenberg

This app has gotten worse over the years the screen doesn t even rotate with your device which is extremely frustrating sometimes Ex it s not efficient when using a tablet with a keyboard due to the inability of the screen to rotate Seriously it s 2019 all the other fantasy apps at least have this primitive capability And I get that it s free so there are gonna be ads but why do you have to have them in the center of my information while I m scrolling down Get your h t together ESPN         Evan Almighty 86

Quit messing with the interface I can t see a player s past fantasy points performance if they re currently playing in a live game It takes you to the game snapshot but doesn t allow you to see their stats unless you go to the Players tab Return it back to the way it was at the beginning of this baseball season This is a case of some idiot programmer wanting to make their mark while effing up an already great application     Matt James

Love ESPN FF haven t played other fantasy sports But literally I ve played fantasy on ESPN App for about 6 years now I don t think they have changed one thing aboht it in all those years Goes to show how great it was when they initially made the app Much fun Don t hesitate even if your not into football sports all that well This will help you learn alot u0026 also become interested in certain games that you would normally never care about                     Pat Riffel

You took away the league owners menu to quickly view someone elses roster How do you view another league owners roster Near as I can tell I have to go to the league standings and click their name From there I have no other choice but to back out go back to the league stands and then click another owner name C mon What was once 1 click has ballooned to a multi click endeavor Why Can we bring the league owners menu back     jason riley

The app has the option to enable news alerts which could be really useful if they would send notification alerts for things like breaking news on injuries or player movement Unfortunately ESPN s idea of news is sending links to fantasy articles that require you to have a paid subscription to the ESPN service     Jeff Steelmon

The new update is worse than it previously was One of the most important things in fantasy is to do recon on your opponents for trades and strategy You cannot view other players full teams like you can view yours unless you see their name in the recent activity section or something similar Forcing users to use the web app seems stupid for something as simple as viewing other teams         Daniel Parlin

This is my first time playing in a fantasy league and also my first time using the app App worked fine for the first 2 weeks until about an hour ago It loads and of course shows all the ads but when I click on my team matchup it won t load I just get a message saying they are sorry u0026 to try again Very disappointing     Amie Aguirre

Very good sports app And basically my home for everything fantasy sports related During football season I can t even count how many hours I spend on here lol I also subscribed to ESPN but I wish it was a bit easier to navigate between I ll often have difficulty opening up the exclusive content but in all it s the app that the majority of my friends use for fantasy football and the extras u0026 analyst insights are usually top notch and accurate But as much as I enjoy it I prefer Yahoo                 Nicholas Santoni

The app is great Tons of content The reason I gave 3 stars is based on the fact that ESPN made a change this year and most of the relevant information is now on ESPN plus so you have to pay Or just go online and find the info elsewhere Not as convenient as it used to be             Jacob Durkin

the app itself works during the season but it is next impossible to do a mock draft on the app it freezes up instantly All i want to do is mock drafts Matthew berry swears by the app and wants you to do mock drafts but you can t and its been like this for a while so no fix for an important part of fantasy football and the use of the app equals 3 stars obviously a 5 if not for that             Chad Schilling

This app is literally barebones and should only be used for tracking the scores Managing your team from this app is very tedious and many key functions arent available like on the website Trades and viewing opposing teams rosters isnt an option League message also doesnt allow you to watch the YouTube link that is posted on the homepage Very underwhelming         Shawn Preston

Ive been playing fantasy for about 8 years now and I have to admit that this app is the worst always freezing never can get it to load correctly It took me almost a full day just to get it to download I usually use yahoo but wanted to try another league and they use espn by far the worst decision I ve made in a while To have money on the line and dealing with an app that works when it wants too Dont waste your time Espn needs to be better period     Harvey Hawkins

The GUI is buggy and it has problems loading I d use the web interface but it redirects you to the app NFL and Yahoo sports have better platforms Wish my GM would have picked one of them but instead I m left the world s leader in sports failure     Tony Carlin

This app is absolutely terrible compared to Yahoo You can never change the league settings as a commissioner like you can with Yahoo where you can literally change anything and everything The videos that pop up for your drafted players never seem to load and there are many other issues but these were certainly the main problems I ve experienced so far and I ve had the app for a week Very very disappointed     robert danielson

I can only compare it to the Yahoo Fantasy app which I use for a different league and is better it nearly every way Sorry ESPN Fix your draft applet and make it easier to sort and search relevant stats That would at least be a start     Matthew O

The best way for me to respond is to say the Yahoo FF is much easier to read and use this site is not good for being able to click from player to live game stats I hate that I cant view projected stats vs live stats Also it doesn t show their current in game stats as a summary on page of starting team listed I say look at Yahoos page and model after theirs it is 100 better             Chris Kula

Everytime i go to look at my team on my phone it just says error loading matchup data and doesnt do anything else ive tried all the troubleshooting on espns website and it does nothing Im not a 60 year old lady trying to figure out how to use a cell phone This app is straight up garbage     Gabriel Dailey

The only problem I have with the app is that you cant click on the other teams in the league to propose trades or look at their rosters You have to click on standings to look at the teams and then click them individually from there It is very annoying             Travis Dordevic

Lots of ads home page doesn t have enough quick links to frequent destinations editing lineups is unnecessarily complicated player info and updates are vague and outdated but you can use it to manage your team so it s not a total loss         Joseph Kasperski
