It does NOT work with Android and NO support I was able to easily open the app using my iPad and see the photos on a Polaroid 18 1 Bridge camera I tried at least six times to connect with my Android phone I restarted turned off Wi Fi turned it back on deleted the app reinstalled app nothing makes this app work Clearly with two stars this app needs a lot of work I just bought this camera I don t know how Polaroid can falsely advertise that their camera works with Android phone     Jennifer Emett

Ok i like the app and the way the pictures download fast the only problem i have is that it doesnt download videos as well as it doesn t work well on smart phones I was able to use with no problem on my tablet but when trying to open on my smart phone it crashes If those things were fixed I d give it 5 stars             A few tweaks to the app would be great Asa McGrellis

Downloaded app and all it does is configuring I see this has been a common problem which still has not been resolved I uninstalled this app still configuring worthless I guess the WIFI function on my camera is useless Received this as a service award at work at least I m not out any money Would not recommend this camera to anyone     Not able to use Judy Roberts
