The Fifth Third Mobile Banking is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Fifth Third Mobile Banking app version 2.1 has been updated on 2014-11-27. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Here is the app`s compatibility information: 2.1 and up

Works well but some features are broken Good if you want to transfer money between your accounts or keep track of what you have but the mobile deposit is broken Let s you get through the process but as soon as you take the first picture the app closes out and sends you back to login screen I ve tried numerous times to use it but still end up having to drive to the bank to deposit a check and end up late for work every time Fix the mobile deposit and I will give it 5 stars         TheSlimCP

Easy to use and quick way to transfer funds and deposit checks It s so simple I no longer deposit checks at the ATM I keep the paper copy for 2 wks my choice then discard Since I don t get checks often it s no big deal to keep And No you cannot deposit cash with this app                     Cleopatra Jones

App is ok You need to fix the advance for ealy access I can do it online just fine but in the app even if i pick early access as the from it always shows from checking to checking which is impossible The tranfer just sits there doing nothing I had to go in delete the transactions and log into the website to get the advance to work This will eventually cause a big circular problem             Blake Rienbaugh

5 3 app is good no real issues as of yet Actually I did come across an issue just now I tried to transfer some money to my saving acct but could nt proceed with the transaction because I never recieved a text w a code for the transfer Also I ve tried registering my cell w the app and no such luck W that More than likely that s the reason why my transfer was nt put through Can you please fix this issue                     Molly lovely

This is by far the fastest easiest way to move funds while at the register I ve transferred to my card so fast ppl in line aren t affected at all Unlimited and no fees cant beat that Also going in the branch no waiting no trouble no attitudes or lazy ppl Truly a pleasant experience all around 5th 3rd in Stow Ohio Definitely stands alone above the rest                     Donna swaebly

I can do so much of my banking on this app It s very user friendly I dont have to go to my local branch at all unless its to deposit cash I can even deposit checks right from my phone 9 12 2019 Well now my app won t work It s saying that my username is invalid when it is not Hopefully they can get it fixed                     Mary Hawkins

Overall easy to navigate and use I pay all bills deposit checks use Zelle and always easy to do From time to time I will get an error and it will kick me off of the app but it is infrequent when that happens                 Melissa axe

I have been using Fifth Third for about 5 years already the great Bank what I don t like is that my local Fifth Third on Sutton road in Streamwood has closed I went with that bank because they were convenient and then now they close I have to find another Fifth Third none of the other ones are convenient for me but I m not giving up                     harrold baltz

I was shaking because I was so nervous to try and deposit a check with my phone but surprisingly it was so simple to do I have used the 5 3 app for several years to keep a check on statements and I have never had an issue I definitely will recommend this app                     Ann Norman

I use to be able to manage my accounts by being able to view the statement so that I would know exactly how much to pay Now I can t see the statements so I have to keep up with paper bill This is so inconvenient     Tammy Padgett

The app is decent but the zelle payment feature doesn t work I ve tried 5 times today and it keeps saying unable to process at this time please fix this issue update apparently I also downloaded the zelle app I had to uninstall the zelle app and set up the zelle through fifth third             mark a. yanong

NEVER EVER use the mobile deposit feature if you need the check within the next week or else they re going to put a hold on it TAKE YOUR CHECKS INSIDE THE BRANCH The tellers can tell you if they re going to put a hold on your check             Nick Brossard

It s so sensitive to the shape of the object Once it recognizes the shape then it quickly snaps a picture of it even if the check is not centered then it will not accept it I have to do it 2x most of the time             Jene

It s not very easy to navigate Once a month I have remember the completely unintuitive way I stumble across exactly where and how it is that I make my house payment     A Google user
