Once it s set up its pretty good and easy to use 10 minutes after getting my phone number saved I started getting bombarded with unsolicited scam calls to my phone which has never in 15 years gotten more than 1 or 2 total unsolicited calls Trying to set it up and close the app for 1 second to look at a insurance number or card number and you lose all the information entered and have to start over David
update 8 7 19 The app glitches out alot It has locked me out of my account several times But the doctor and counselors are great The app is not that great lags alot even with with great internet connection But the doctors are great and compassionate and work with you I was able to pickup my meds from pharmacy around the corner from me very happy Just wish the app worked better especially connecting video visits shameka cary
I ve used this app twice and overall I believe it to be a great service but the second time seem to be very unprofessional the doctor was outside in a windy environment and you couldn t even tell that she was eye doctor by any of the video that I saw oh it looks like she was standing out in front of some windows in a windy environment the lot first time that I had somebody he was a man sitting in front of a desk with his doctors jacket on and diplomas on the wall Adrien Nedrow

I ve used this app twice now and both times they ve told me that they couldn t help me to see a Doctor in person I ve been charged 35 per session so they could tell me to go to the urgent care or to see my primary physician This is useless just a waste of my money David Griggs

Incredibly easy received a call in less than five minutes after I started my request The doctor was kind and straight to the point call lasted only a few minutes Picked up antibiotics from my fave pharmacy about 30 minutes later All of this only costs me 5 with my insurance Very very pleased with the service since I am in between PCPs at the moment and needed antibiotics ASAP Thank you MDLIVE you are a dream come true for someone like me who hates the hassle of appointments Papa John's Pizza

this app is not good if my company wasn t attached to it I would stop trying to use it I have been trying to make a psychiatrist appointment and apparently that is not an option I decided to make an appointment with an MD doctor and was told they couldn t help because all they could was refill but it had been too long 3weeks really an MD doctor can t prescribe antidepressants if you have the option use Dr on demand they know what they are doing sheri lewis

Therapist was helpful at first and claimed that she takes 4 months a year off as an example to prompt me to do a relaxation technique for triggers After that she starts rescheduling EVERY appointment She also started asking me to keep changing the time which was messing up my bank account with a bunch of holds and cancellations If for some reason she didn t think we would be a match she should have suggested someone else I am still unsure what happened but decided to get free therapy online JGlamorous Diva

i got 3 strikes in the same day first I scheduled an appointment and got connected a after my original doctor wasn t available only for her to rudely tell me that my problem isn t covered then I tried to give feedback and was told basically that that s just how it is then tried to get my kid an appointment for a bad rash went through the whole process only to find that you pay before they explain how it works and the condition was listed in the wrong place Craig Mills

MDLIVE telehealth Complete waste of time and money I used this since it was sponsored by Cigna My copay was 40 or so The doctor I was connected to seemed to be in the Caribbean she asked me three questions and told me she could not prescribe anything my symptoms didn t meet telemedicine rules to prescribe Go see my real doc They billed my insurance and took pmt direct from me It took filing a complaint with the BBB to get my money back Waste of time and a shady company Steven Bartz

I was in a bind while out of state visiting family I got a UTI over the weekend and no Urgent Care for miles I quickly made an appt had it over the phone and got a script for antibiotics within 15 mins And it was WAY cheaper than actual Urgent Care visit 5 5 would recommend Emma Reilly

Setting up an account is horrible Having to scroll back 50 years to find your birth year is absolutely ridiculous Couldn t figure out what the subscriber number was Tried entering every number on my insurance card nothing worked Finally just gave up skipped this by saying I didn t have insurance then it let me set up an account Once I finally got in I tried to send an email to ask how I could add my insurance info and it said my email address was unconfirmed and would not send my email Frustrating as all heck How in the world are you supposed to use this app if you can t even get your account set up properly Completely unimpressed Helen Hanna
The app needs work but the service is good The app did not record the credit card information properly and could not process payment Once entered the app does not allow the user to open or edit the credit card information I tried to use another card and the app would not allow me to adjust the billing zip code I had to contact support to have the payment information entered The support staff was helpful The doctor called within 10 minutes and took care of my appointment Seth King
Not a bad interface but a very bad use by the company for its notifications Its a medical app of course and a good one but I do not need notifications that its a particular holiday 4th of July Labor Day Halloween I have a calendar for that Please knock it off or will either have to stop notifications or uninstall A Google user

I really wanted to like this app If the developers can get the uploading photos and connection on videos correct it will be fantastic I could not get the picture to upload I tried repeatedly the website itself I also could not get any photos to upload this time it had worked previously I could not get the video app to work either it kept logging me out or would not let me sign in fast enough for the two minute window you get it would sit on the screen when I try to log in too long to let you get back in the app I called back in and was able to speak to someone live and that went very quick even though I could not upload a photo they were able to assist me since I had had the issue previously the doctor called me back very quickly and I was off the phone and a prescription called them and less than half an hour April A
Setting up my account through the app was extremely easy and it only took me a few minutes to do it The problem is with the doctors I set up an appointment for 4 30 with Dr Malik It s 4 55 and I still haven t gotten a phone call The app just says that my appointment will begin shortly and I need to stand by for a call If I knew I d wait this long for an appointment over the phone I would ve just made an appointment with my PCP Ridiculous Its 5 03 and the doctor never even called me so I set up another phone call appointment for immediate service Sammie Smith
This was a great option for me didn t have to leave my bed should have done it sooner i could have done this at work while by my computer I waited so long cause i dreaded going to the Insta care However it did say it wasn t going to charge my card till the claim ran through my insurance but charged it right away other then that was fast and easy Alaura haws
The app is really bad in every aspect b4 u0026 after sign up Nothing in app works you can t download the Dr Notes it won t let you update medical family history The website is not great when it comes to the sign up process either However their customer service reps are very friendly They got my acct registered u0026 I was able to activate it from the website very easily From that point I had a phone visit with a Dr u0026 had a prescription sent to pharmacy with a work excuse u0026 everything within 30 minutes An urgent care visit would have costed me at minimum 75 co pay MDlive 0 co pay The app has a great concept great features to go with a great service But in it s current state it s absolutely no help u0026 not worth the download hattie farmer
