Constantly freezes Also if you lose wifi net like getting in an elevator or dead zones in your building it logs out Lengthy log in employee u0026 PW if you hit backspace because of an accidental keypress you must start over When creating service orders it doesn t always refresh in a timely manner Notifications rarely work properly certainly not in real time as they should For a costly per person license app I d say worst ever I would encourage employers to seek something better     Joseph Reichman

WORTHLESS APP ONLY USE BECAUSE MY COMPANY REQUIRES ME TO UDATE ONLY MADE THE APP COMPATABLE WITH THE NEWEST VERSION OF ANDROID IT DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE WITH THE APP ALWAYS DROPPING TO OFFLINE MODE IF THE SIGNAL FOR YOUR DATA CHANGES STRENGTH EVER SO SLOGHTLY IT DID NOT FIX THE FACT TO BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONNECTION YOU CANNOT MOVE A SINGLE INCH OR YOU WILL HAVE TO LOG OUT AND BACK IN AND THAT WILL ONLY WORK 10 OF THE TIME THE OTHER 90 OF THE TIME YOU HAVE TO GO AND FORCE CLOSE THE APP TO GET IT TO ALLOW YOU TO LOG IN CANT USE ANY OTHER APP WHEN YOU ARE LOGGED IN EVEN IF IT DOESNT USE DATA IT WILL CAUSE HOTSOS TO DROP INTO OFFLINE MODE SWITH FROM CELL DATA TO WIFI OFFLINE SWITH WIFI ACCESS POINTS ON THE SAME NETWORK OFFLINE MODE LEAN BACK IN YOUR CHAIR AFTER LOGGING IN OFFLINE MODE IN OFFLINE MODE CANT LOG OUT UNTIL DATA IS BACK OFFLINE MODE BUT ITS OK YOU WILL STILL RECEVE NOTIFICATIONS EVEN WHEN IN OFFLINE MODE BUT THEN IT LL TAKE YOU ABOUT 10 MIN TO GET LOGGED BACK IN SO YOU CAN ACCUALY TAKE THE CALL YOU JUST RECEVED I HAVE USED THIS APP ON BOTH ANDROID AND IOS AND THE SAME PROBLEMS EXIST     Klinton Keithline
