Most of the time I m driving while doing the exercises I need a vibrate option to know when to squeeze and release I don t want to stare at the screen when my eyes should be on the road     Useless to me Randy Jewett

Reminder doesn t vibrate the phone mine is in vibrate all day long at work Even with sound it doesn t do it Same thing for the exercises themselves if you re not specifically looking at the screen nothing tells you when to squeeze and when to relax     Not practical Adriana Bunker
