was useful when i had it working but now i cannot add my card i know its not my card because i can see the card making a 1 pound authorisation change sucessfully to my account when you press complete registration the app bombs out saying do you have a network connection when i definitely do absolute joke of an app for a business that holds such a monopoly in Northampton you would have thought they could afford to make a proper app pants     Daniel Barnatt

Do not download and use this app I ve just paid for my first ride and altoguh it was convinent my bank account shows an extra amount I am being charged for even though the receipt clearly states how much I am supposed to get charged for only Unless you want to get ripped off your money don t use it Use an ATM and rather pay in cash I ll definitely not be using Bounds anymore this is ridiculous     Roland Udvarlaki

terrible app cant even get past the first hurdle it is asking for a passcode which should have been sent to my phone passcode has never come through and there is no option to get them to resend or try another option extremely frustrating     hannah phillips

ving separate apps for mk and Northampton worked better I was charged way too much because they sent out a Northampton taxi rather than a mk taxi I complained and got my money back but it doesn t let you specify which taxi firm you want it from I was told to book over the phone in future but you can t pay by card over the phone anymore Northampton prices are way more expensive than mk for some silly reason I have no idea why they sent a Northampton taxi out for a Milton Keynes job Probably won t be using them again because of this     danielle Pirard

The app itself worked fine on my side but on the drivers side it left him out of pocket When I tried to phone up to fix the discrepancy the bounds office was not interested in making things right for their driver Very disappointed in Bounds and I recommend that you pay in cash     Joe Cullen

This app is ridiculous 9 times out of 10 it doesn t work The office tells you to upload latest app which I have so now have to call manually the drivers are good it s the company it s self Why change what worked so well before Never get told the same thing when I complain     Paul Dunning

Downloaded app about 3 weeks ago and I m still waiting for the confirmation code No options to get it resent or on whom to contact So I eventually downloaded the app I use my card to pay and the amount on the meter never matches my amount charged to my card Although it s only 10 or 20 pence difference it is really annoying Also the amount sent via email receipt is different too     Bindi Boo

Really disappointed by the app To book a taxi I have no issues with it but it didn t tell me what it cost until I found an email in my junk email Silly extras had been automatically added on 15 tip 20p of extras 70p waiting when he arrived 5 minutes early and we were already outside waiting for him         A Google user

Why does this app need access to my contacts Location yes fairly essential for a taxi app but my contact list is for me not you Also way too comments regarding overcharging and taxis being sent from Northampton for MK jobs so won t be using this until you get your act together     A Google user

Oh your app is the same as skyline now I kinda liked being able to specify where I m going The driver was always ready when I got in the cab I guess now it ll be like skyline where the driver incompetently spends a few minutes faffing around trying to figure out where they are going and what they are doing             Ste Crossley

They send out text SMS spam to people who haven t requested it and have never been a customer I have reported the spam to the Information Commissioner s office and I m posting reviews everywhere I can to try and discourage this kind of thing Nobody wants to receive unsolicited SMS messages pestering them when you ve never had ANY business with the company     T R

Havent had a problem with the app the company on the other hand is a joke the first time i booked a cab it arrived 20 mins late but i let it go thinking i might of just booked on a busy day but it has again happened since Then today i booked a cab at 6am for 8am i then had to phone back at 8 15 as cab still hadnt turnt up for them to tell me i could be waiting even longer as no cab free but the annoying thing is there was no sorry for the inconvinence it was like it wasnt even an issue people dont book a cab for a cetain time just for the joke we book it as we need to be somewhere at that time not an hour later Would never use the company again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone     Jordan Linnell
