I tried this app u0026 bought some credit I sent a postcard on August 11th u0026 it still has not arrived by today 4th September My daughter posted a postcard to the same address by regular post on the same day u0026 it arrived 4 days later The moral of the story is App u0026 service is not recommended based on this experience     Colman Quinn

appalling customer service the app function needs more development if you want to edit a card you have sent to one person to send to another i sent a request through the system to cancel a card i tried to edit but the app sent it without letting me change any text i got confirmation in French unhelpful saying 48 hours to respond useless card shipped before customer service responded uninstall there are other app options that do the same     Sheelah Turner

UPDATE I absolutely love them pics are great when a mistake was made I messaged them about it and withen a timely manner it was refunded back into my account the only one that hasnt so far was one that somehow the sending address was changed and it was sent to myself dont know how that changed it does take a little longer and costs a little more because of an international charge but thats ok yall are worth it you should think about broading your business over here                     Erin Dropla
