This is my go to app for when I am under a lot of stress The free part of the app has his podcast which includes a lot of free hyspnosis session One of his podcasts 334 directed me to a technique that calms me down so quickly that I was mindblown The paid hypnosis sessions on the fee part of the app are very low priced and work well The sleep hypnosis one has me asleep before it gets to the end                     Nellie Kampmann

I use this app every time I go to sleep There is a topic for almost every situation I could think of The only reason it didn t get 5 stars is because the titles are all cut off if it a certain length so you d have to guess what the actual title of the track really is Please fix this                 Shenyce Jackson

I m having difficulty downloading previously purchased sessions I ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app Otherwise this app has been great for me I hope I can get it working again                 Selena F

I was very impressed with the free trial sessions so I bought some of the longer sessions Yesterday the app started crashing repeatedly and I have been unable to listen to purchased sessions Very frustrating However having contacted Joseph Clough by e mail I received a response very quickly with a suggested fix             Jane RAY

I have really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep I could lay in bed for about 3 hours before falling asleep but with this I fall asleep quickly and sleep great waking up once or not at all Highly recommend this for anyone that has a hard time sleeping or even a hard time relaxing                     Debbie Lowther

In his hypnosis session Deep Contented Sleep Joseph Clough says the word STRESS at least 15 times The word is repeated SO much in the session that all I do instead of falling asleep peacefully is feel deeply stressed and irritated As a hypnotherapist who claims to have spent a lot of money on learning about the subconscious mind he should realise that the repetition of any negative word when the mind is receptive in hypnosis is going to affect the person in a very negative way         Kea Michelle

It s one thing to sell hypnotic suggestions a totally different issue to use suggestions to sell Being trained and actively practicing hypnotherapy I was looking for some tracks for self hypnosis The manipulation in these is so horrible I ll delete this immediately Actual suggestions for a continuation of troubles so that you get paid Average direct suggestions in a fancy package     CJ Webster
