The layout and accessibility of the new app is not good at all It s completely inconvenient to have to click to see transaction history I don t need to see details of my account I only care about the transactions when I log in It s also tight on the transaction screen and very hard to read The old app was easy to read and easy to navigate but now it is so cluttered and takes so many more steps Frustrating that this is my only option for online banking     Upgrade is not good Sarah Parker
