The My Resource is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new My Resource app version 1.0.4 has been updated on 2014-07-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Why does an app that is designed to let me pay my bill not let me pay my bill If that function doesn t work then there is NO reason to install this app at all And on a side note looking at these reviews this has been going on for awhile now Obviously they don t care     Jeremy Sweeney

The update strips away most of the app functions everything leads to their website now How can that be called enhancements It s more difficult to use and mostly unnecessary You ll have a better user experience just accessing the website with your browser This app just does that in a super clumsy way         Jennifer Doersam

was able to pay my bill with the app but after the update I can t pay on the app the pay bill button is inactive so instead it just opens my browser for me to pay the bill this makes this app irrelevant in making a bill pay and only relevant in telling you how much your bill is and that s what the one star is for PLEASE FIX THIS     Tech Girl90

You can note a partial or non pick up and look at your balance due but you can t pay the bill through this app I was hoping I d be able to take care of my account through this app I can go to the website manually I don t need an app for that It s pointless         Shannon Spencer

My story is similar to the other reviews of this app Nothing ever functions as it should Can t pay my bill Can t schedule additional service I always have to go to Republic s website instead which barely functions as well and is very hit or miss if it does The app is as bad as Republic s customer service When my contract is up I am finding a new provider Don t waste your time installing this app It is non functional garbage     A Google user
