The app was fantastic while it lasted The wife and I used it for many a pizza night until one night it just stopped working At the time we thought it was a problem with the app Unfortunately we live in Vermont and the only Papa John s has permanently closed which we found out was the reason the app stopped working I only wish someone from Papa s had let us they were closing since we ordered from them just days before their last Now we have rewards on our app we can never use                     Al Finoia

I can never log into the app I ve changed the password multiple times and still cannot log in the app I always have to order through as a guest It will not let me create a new account either as it always says my phone number is already registered but I can t get any credits for any of my purchases for the reward programs It s frustrating     tatiana Here

There is never a time that either the app or the store has failed Using g pay problems Visa checkout works then next time it s the opposite Sometimes I can t place an order because the app is malfunctioning and oftentimes I place an order and the store never gets it This app is awful     David Maldonado

I really enjoy how quick and easy it is to order on There is only one thing that I would change and that s how you put your promo in I have my pizza order in my cart and then when I put my promo code in it has me create another pizza for the promo instead of using it for the one in the cart But overall I really think it s an easy app to use                     Wendy Kellett

All of a sudden payment fails when selecting Google Pay as a form of payment Would work every time prior to today I then selected the same exact card using Visa Checkout and it worked Fix the Google Pay feature as Visa Checkout is being discontinued soon Using Android 10 on Pixel 3             Julio Lagara

works ok for ordering the pizza most of the time easy to see the specials and add toppings but it defaults to old addresses sometimes years old it can t be updated on the app and when I have ordered pizza ot sometimes goes to the nearest store not the one at the destination I chose but most of the time for regular stuff it works great             Chief Benner

I like that the app just let s me do what I want to do order pizza No ads no intrusive suggested selling smooth pleasant experience I would like to see the app accept more than one coupon code per session I d rather order both pizzas at the same time rather than completing one order and then having to do the second I don t order unless it s either on special that I have a code for If not for this I d go to another national company that has large 3 topping carryout for 7 99 IYKWIM                     TheOldSargeSays

I loved the previous reward tracking style instead of the current one I have to spend more money to get a smaller amount of rewards Also I ve restarted my phone uninstalled and reinstalled and the app is currently not loading I ve also had problems before with trying to pick which address I m using             Liz Lough

The app used to work great but the last 2 time I have used it with the Google Pay feature it declined the payment I can use the same CC that I was using with Google Pay on the app and the payment goes through fine I have contacted my bank and they say that the card shows to be activated and working fine with Google Pay I can use Google Pay at other locations and other apps with no problem so it seems like the issue is with this app         Jeremy Kassman

I placed an order through the app that all went fine However it cannot find my order when I try to track it when I select contact store it takes me to a page with an error message Almost everything I try to check in this app doesn t work I can t even edit my primary address I haven t received an email confirmation of my order nor an email confirming that I changed my email address However the app had no problem submitting my payment so good to know that still works     Bethany Ellsworth

This app bases your carryout location on your home location instead of a physical store location It gives you no way to change it I had my pizza made by the wrong store and there was no way for me to tell which one it was apart from a store number It should be easier to pick which store you want to make a carryout order with The app is also incredibly difficult to navigate and it does not remember order s that are currently being made     Michael Young

this app is easy to navigate and ordering is easy the pictures are well placed and load quickly I don t see popups or ads or ads for other products which is good I would like the dashboard to include my rewards info if possible Right now it is basically your profile and order history this page could be better utilized                 Rachel McGraw

E Never updates cause employees at this location are lazy 65 minutes for just one large 2 topping pizza 40 minutes I waited for the tracker then another 15 in the store after trying to call for 10 minutes guy working tells me it ll be finished in 5 minutes This app is useless the pizza tracker shows as making for half an hour then it randomly says unable to track your order 40 minutes for a half assed 2 topping pizza or 15 minutes for a well made 5 topping at Domino s Choice is obvious     Michael Smith

Interface is a little clunky but it does the job Had trouble accessing my papa dough to pay for orders sometimes as that information is not intuitive to find It s a decent app but some important information seems needlessly buried But I will state that being poorly explained is only a problem once                 Jack Ream
