It was a nice app but since past few weeks its just not working I tried log out login but every time a pop up appeared which mentions something went wrong I can t book appointment u can t check my prescription I can t see my reports         swati pathania

Reports are not available despite raising concern many times there idea of going paper less is not fulfilled They are not providing hard copy niether the report is available online Worst app     dipika gupta

The app used to be useful and convenient till did the visual overhaul and now the new app is absolute garbage i havent been able to book a single appointment through it Trying to do anything on the app gives a something went wrong error The alternative to this app is having to call the number and wait on the line to book appointments is an unnecessary hassle which can be easily avoided by getting the bugs out of the app     Suraj Roy

Its a nice app it s time saving But it needs tobe updated with an option to edit personal details As the name of my spouse in my family is shown as Nancy wrong whereas in reports it s Ashaji correct I need to change Nancy as Ashaji in my family The data staff and officials are also of no help as I approached them many a times My registered mobile phone no is correct but on visiting a doctor the phone no shown on screen is incorrect as such I never get any messages on my registered phone no             Baiji Dli
