The app is old and I keep getting notifications that the app has stopped working but I never have the app open when I get these notifications I ve sent multiple messages regarding this continuing problem but never get a response or a solution It is now Feb 17 2019 and I still have not received any notification from the developers of this garbage app that they have a solution to the endless notifications I get about the app stopping when it is not open I would rate it zero stars if I could     Christopher Carayoan

Left a base and took card off file since I discontinued membership but the keep charging Was told to try again with the app Putting stop payment with credit card company Update MP contacted me and resolved the issue I recommend that if we can sign up for club membership thru the app we should be able to cancel thru the app Also when someone removes their credit card info from the app charges should stop otherwise it s a useless feature Update 2 The response to this was that the cancellation was only done by the club but I received a call from Member Planet saying that Member Planet was the way to cancel 2 different answers And despite Member Planet saying they were canceling my membership I just received an email saying they re charging me again Back to a 1 star rating     Daniel Rios

Pitiful app assigned me a random birthday double billed me for dues and keeps prompting me to fill out my profile even though I have done this a half dozen times The pages are too busy and I am not a group admin but I still have all the admin tools cluttering up my interface I sincerely wish my group would have used a different provider for membership management because this one is awful Keeps getting worse can t view member card without logging in every time randomly tells me I am not a member of any group and can t view my group events The default answer of install the latest version only breeds new problems     Will Weaver

The member planet SITE is actually great but the APP does NOT work at least not on my Android I have to use it for my children s band had to keep re joining even though I was continually signed in correctly I paid for an item through the app and never received notice it went through eventually the app just kept saying the main server was down I gave up and uninstalled I still have to use Memberplanet but I log in through my browser DO NOT INSTALL the app Just saying     FRUSTRATING APP please fix Rebecca Zima
