It has been 2 years and the check depositing aspect of this still doesn t work and the app keeps crashing I am surprised it has a 3 2 rating It is a waste of time and memory on my phone Need to find a financial institution that actually serves it customers well     Jessica Jordan

Despite having fingerprint support it asks your typical security questions every time you use it Unacceptable That takes away all the convenience of it Maybe have it do that only to view account numbers or more sensitive info But doing that just for balance checks sheesh Not cool     Jon fritsch

it s not a bad app I enjoy it does what I need it to do BUT I m only giving 3 stars till this gets corrected I m all for the fingerprint I think it s a great idea for quick access to the account BUT WHY when you use your fingerprint the next screen you have to answer security questions please explain ALSO I think a 4 didget pin code would be great as well once fixed I will change my review to 5 STARS And better feedback             Rich Lichtenberger

Worst banking app ever CCU bought and took over Meadows Credit Union and its technology infrastructure yet completely set all of MCU members back in banking technology by at least a decade You are lucky if you can get CCU snapshot deposit to work in the app or transfer ypur own money without being charged We found a new bank that allows free transfers and whos technology isn t ancient CCU is too concentrated on their Brick u0026 Mortar and not their technology in a technological age     Nick Herron

Pretty outdated app Seem to always have issues with it The app was recently updated to have fingerprint scanning to make it fast to log in however after you ve scanned your fingerprint it asks you two security questions each time you log in this defeats the whole purpose and makes it slower to log in     Maria Perez

I have been using the app for multiple years and the Express Shot is still pretty much terrible I have not seen any improvements at all Regardless how clean times the picture is the app still always rejects it Please fix this     Brian Czosek
