Horrible app an service I never recommend anybody this unless you don t mind when they lost your precious clothes The major problem is in their policy Their policy said Laundry Locker is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or after they are dropped back off It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items during that time This is totally rediculous because we anyway have to place our clothes in their locker when ordering However they do NOT take any responsibility on the clothes place in the locker before they pick them up after they drop them off They lost my coat actually but there s no compensation The locker was surely locked when ordering but the coat was missing somehow The company sent a message to me that they could not find any clothes inside of the locker and I did not place anything in the locker But how can it be trusted Moreover the customer service is horrible no response at all Do not use such app     Junji Suzuki

Using a Nexus 5 device with latest Android updates On the place new order screen clicking Select Locker shows a Network Speed Slow error I m connected to WiFi and thus I cannot place a new order for my location This bug has been persistent for a number of weeks and thus makes the app completely useless for me Hope I don t forget to place orders on the website super inconvenience when you drop cloths off before work and forget to submit order before their stated 9 AM submission time         Can t select locker Jordan Baucke
