Every time I try to buy a book through eSewa I get errors Sometimes it says Such product not found from Kathalaya And other times it shows Minimum Balance Error even though I have sufficient balance Moreover it deducted RS 400 200 was the price from my uncle s eSewa account and didn t give the book last year Shame on you guys First of all I suggest you to use Amazon Kindle Wattpad Aldiko etc to see how book reading app works And then improve it If you can t make the beautiful design at least make it working YAAR     Birendra Budhathoki

I paid the money for Palpasa Cafe via eSewa but I couldn t download I called their customer care and they refunded my money back I tried again and still no luck They again refunded the money back I appreciate that their staff were generally very supportive and refunded my money asap But still I can t download the ebooks I hope they will fix the problem soon Just one star because I haven t even got a chance read the ebooks yet Will give my actual rating once I download some books Waiting for the fix     Waiting for The Download Problem to be Fixed DB Sapkota

The app in nepali context is very thoughtful It is very simple but looks too cheap Visual improvements is a necessity Upgrade to Google Material Protocol add more features to viewing experiences Settings should be even more powerful Addition of night mode is thoughtful move Take lessons from other e readers and increase the library including daily newspapers magazines and articles Wish you all the best                     Goid but needs improvements Kaushal Pokhrel
