I love that I am able to view and somewhat manage my orders I would love to see the option on the app for creating and setting shipping labels instead of having to go on the computer only Also when creating custom orders if there was an option to add shipping estimator instead of just adding shipping cost only Other than that I love the app             Liz Arias

After almost a year of Selling on Etsy I opened this app on a 3rd device and found a set Pie Chart that was not on the other 2 devices versions of the app It showed both my total sales and Expenses related to selling I have discovered I am actually paying to GIVE people our Dice Bags because Etsy is costing me 49 51 value of total sales It should not cost 10 to sell a u003c 20 Item Their marketing tools are extreme ineffective you lost all profits after 10 or so clicks not 10 sales     Shane Golden

I had a great experience I was about to use the print shipping label option then decided not too When i got to my post office i paid WAYYYY more than i would have with the app The ease of the app is also important to me and this one if fairly easy to maneuver                 Tara Smith

I have been trying to open this app for days so that I can edit my shop appearance and shop name when app finally opened I tried editing my name and it wouldnt let me then it closed itself I have to wonder what Im actually paying Etsy for some people who have my business card have told me that they type in my shop name but etsy say they cant find it no wonder Ive only sold 1 item in a year if people cant find me I could drone on and on at how disatisfied Iam with this site and getting hold of an actual human being to get advice is almost impossible I think its time for me to leave Etsy and find another selling platform I sold work in galleries with sell out exhibitions and have done many pieces of work privately so Im a tad confused as to why I have sold 1 item through my Etsy shop an item by the way that was through a friend TIME TO MOVE ON Etsy UK sellers should push for what they WANT after all without us artisans there is NO ETSY         Cathy Rae

I love receiving notifications instantly when an item sells and the app makes checking stats chatting with customers and updating shipping status a breeze BUT there really should be a way to do some minor editing on listings It s frustrating when I want to update the thumbnail photo on a listing with multiple color options for example when the color featured in the thumbnail sells out and have to wait until I get home to use the computer Still has a few bugs but overall useful             ObviouslyAnnie

This app is so super helpful to get orders out on time especially if you are busy and on the go a lot The only thing I wish is that the sale notification had the option to be more persistent like an alarm clock it would only stop notifying you when you turn it off I almost missed a sale because my sale notification happened when my ringer was on silent                 Amesika Atmosferique

VERY DISAPPOINTED So far I haven t sold anything I have added all the tags and keywords I can and it just seems really slow to show its worthwhile It is easy to use and quick to list an item and you can change the listing wording as often as you like but at this stage I would not consider listing an item again as it has not been as effective as I was led to believe it would be If I go to look for my items with any of the key words I have to scroll through hundreds of other items first     Martina Reynolds

i manage my shop from my PC but liked the way I could open this app first thing in the morning and any new orders would show top left at first glance Then this panel changed to show all orders over a period of time and I had to scroll down to a new category Open Orders for vital information Even more recently that key piece of information has slipped even further down as a Google promotion has been inserted No longer is this app as useful as it used to be for me         Jeneane Hobby

The app is really great for managing your store while on the go A few things that would be nice to have on the app 1 In Progress tab for orders I usually move orders to this tab on the desktop version when prepping orders for shipping It helps to separate the newly placed orders from accidently getting dropped in the work pile 2 Option to save more than one default note when closing a shipped order I tend to send 2 different templates for notes 1 for domestic 1 for international                     Shaundra Hoff

This app won t let me log into my shop I ve tried many times now to log in and it just keeps opening back to the log in screen I managed to get in once and it shows an old photo that I ve since updated and when I click on anything it just asks me to sign in again and again I really wanted to use this app to be connected with my Etsy shop     Sumi Soaps
