dear GSB despite the fact that you have been borderline mean condescending and lied about reopening my case against the company that took almost 100 out of my account because you know it s not important to you you have money in your bank account right right your app is a piece of junk as soon as I enable mobile deposit the app keeps crashing I don t even get to login so someone needs to get off there Collective rear end and fix it because I can easily go to another bank we re I m a human being     Kali Rayne

Since the recent update I ve had to reset my password 3 times even tho I was using the correct one now all of a sudden I can t get the app to even open tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working this needs fixed asap     lindsey sagely

Update App still doesn t register transfers when I m able to login It crashes 2 out of every 4 or 5 times I try to use it When transfers don t process before cutoff they hit you with 34 fees Uninstall reinstall here we go again Never heard back on prior review multiple calls haven t resolved issue This bank has changed and they just dont care anymore Original post This WAS a great app until the February 2017 update Now tranfers dont work app crashes posted check images are gone the fonts are HUGE which is a new privacy issue since anyone can see my info now unless I am secluded The fonts are so big that on the list of my accounts it takes 2 lines to list each one very poor design Plus no links work in the SETTINGS page and xfers show complete then disappear Extremely disappointing development PLEASE FIX PLEASE RETURN CHECK IMAGES I use a Samsung S7 EDGE please please fix this     un listed
