This is truly a great gadget to have It puts my mind at ease as I can track my 6 year old boy from a great distance The GPS location signal is not 100 accurate but I still get the general idea if he is at school home at his afterschool activities or at his grand parents The battery doesn t last more than 4 days but since I get a warning message everytime it is not a problem A little bulky and heavy a smaller version would be excellent                 Claire Pulluard

Really appalling experience so far Tried to activate the tracker no joy Received a message from the Support team to troubleshoot and three days later I inform you that your case has been forwarded to our after sales manager in order to obtain a return goods authorization We will keep you updated as soon as possible Since then nothing This kicked off 12 days ago I ve messaged three times to request support a refund information on returns when I ll receive a non faulty product etc and I m just writing into a void it seems I hope the product works if I ever get one that is working It s particularly upsetting as I have a subscription with them now that I m paying for and getting nothing out of it not to mention what I paid for the product to begin with     Lisa Pollack

Quite nicely done though it would be even better if I could call up the tracker rather than only the other way round Also the tracker is not equipped with the most modern technology it s based on 2G so location updates are not as smooth as could be But does generally do what it promises is reliable and competitively priced                 Jerry Lay

Sometimes I find the position inaccurate I go looking for my cat as the tracker says he s in a garden 50 meters away but I find him outside the front door This happens frequently Battery lifetime is a bit rubbish I have to charge it every 24 hours My last one my cat lost I used the tracker to try and trace it but couldn t find it although this has been helpful in the past             Jan Howard

An excellent product Our experience is that thhe GPS is very accurate although the satellite image is a little out of position We can check where our cat is at any time and being able to set boundaries that trigger an email or mobile alert if the cat crosses them is helpful A future development would be to have the ability to create a freeform boundary rather than just a circular one The history feature is also very good being able to see where the cat has been can be quite enlightening                     Tim Kirk

Over all the new app in combination with the new kids tracker s firmware is a giant leap forward It feels a lot quicker and smoother to operate The newly implemented ring and vibrate features are awesome as the Super Live tracking Battery life feels improved too The remaining battery percentage display is not reliably updated though History points in the app don t display timestamps when touched which is inconvenient                 Claus Schumacher

Superb complete peace of mind My cat mever goes out without it App is a joy to use love the reporting interval feature Could go on all day about the features in the app like zone alarms live tracking mode vibrate call and sos but suffice to say this device will do everything you need to keep your pet safe I also find the battery seems to last forever even with reporting interval at one minute Satellite pick up also much faster than my car sat nav which sometimes takes forever                     Kevin Reid

generally a good piece of kit GPS is sometimes slow to catch up though battery life on a one minute refresh gives well over 24 hours use and charging is relatively quick our cat is quite small and the tracker appears quite large on him but the weight of the tracker does not cause him any problems overall very satisfied with the product                 Derek Wainwright

app asks for a review every time i open so I m forced to leave this here in general it works well although the 2 i purchased came with old firmware that took weenect over a week to resolve and numerous support emails this meant that full functionality was not working until the upgrade was finally done good product but poor slow support update 13 08 19 one unit had gone faulty support taken 3 days to respond want me to send it back at my cost so they can diagnose Avoid this company     Oliver Mond

great for giving kids freedom and adults peace of mind I think because it has a french sim card it took a small amount of effort to get started but all it took was a quick email to the support team but we were still up and running in 24hrs We love it and it was especially great when we were on holiday earlier this year still make them go around in pairs but so glad we got them                     shirley sharpe

I have a child with sever autism and this has been such a blessing to me for that extra piece of mind when we are out incase he did manage to wonder off it updates all the time and has always been correct I think it s an amazing price point too the negatives at a push are the battery life which does 3 days max and also the locator with picture has never been right to where it says 400 m left and hes actually like 3 meters south but I havent had to use it yet for an actual emergency                 Cassie West

the tracker is a good bit if of kit that does what it should do we can almost always locate the cat on demand see where he has been and occasionally use the ability to phone him to locate his collar in undergrowth when its come off due to the quick release                     Stephen Kent

this is an excellent device for people who have cats like to Wanda you ring up the color and and call your cat back home or or I have trained my cat that s when I give her a food I m ringing the buzzer so now now I wanted to come home all I do is ringing the buzzer my cat wears a breakaway collar and we ve lost it with the the GPS twice in a year and they send us a new one free of charge within a couple of days excellent product                     Mathew Norgrove
