App is convenient but today I went to my scheduled blood drive only to find that it was canceled without any app updates telling me it was Fortunately I only had to go a short distance to this location but I can imagine the inconvenience this would cause if it had been held at a greater distance Would be better if individual blood drives can update their status on the app for the donors             Jisung Seo

Very convenient for scheduling an appointment I like the option to add an appointment to my calendar When I donate platelets and plasma the history only shows platelets so I can t check when I am eligible plasma The history always shows one unit donatet even when I have a plasma donation and a tripple platelet donation The total unit count is correct though                 D R

When I had problems logging in I was given a temporary number I got in but found no menu item to change the temporary pass word to something I can have more permanent and when I called could not get any help     Linda Switzer

It s a nice app but I wish I could log my height and weight I was going to do the power red donation until I realized that I did not meet the eligibility requirements to do so If I had been able to put my height and weight in than it would have kicked me off like it did when I tried to schedule another appointment a month from my second one Good app and easy to use though             Rose Ninon

I went into the app to schedule an appt at the donation center in Minnesota and that location was never an option The app kept searching only for blood drives and there weren t even any drives to choose from It wouldn t let me choose a range of dates to look for drives either It was really frustrating The app is not easy to use and I end up needing to call to set up an appt anyway which to me defeats the purpose of having an app     Leslie Schewe

I like the app very much The only thing I wish they will change is the blood journey I ve donated twice and once the blood is shipped I get an e mail on where it went This info should be on the blood journey of this app I almost deleted the message before and caught my mistake quickly enough to see which hospital my donation went to I d like to see this info on the app as well                 Lisa Marie H

App does its primary purpose but the Blood Journey does not work Samsung Note 8 It says I can only use the blood journey feature if I scheduled my donations through the app I have scheduled all my blood donations through the app In fact I pre scheduled myself for the whole year so that I do not miss the 56 day interval None of my donations appear in the blood journey It would be nice to know which city or state my blood went especially with the recent shooting in El Paso and Ohio             Bleu Skyes

The app s search for a drive function is hard broke You can t even find a drive you have signed up for Every single search comes back with zero results Radius to 40 miles nothing Location of the actual address of the blood drive I was trying to sign up for nothing And an appointment for 10 Sep thay I scheduled online not the app does not show in the app I donate every 2 mo What s the point if I can t sign up and can t find existing appointments     Dan Schneider

The app mostly works just fine it s a great way for me to schedule my next appointments instead of trying to figure out when and where I can next donate over the phone the only issue I seem to have is that when I complete the rapid pass through the app the donation drives seem to not be able to locate process is so I end up having to do it all over again Minor inconvenience but it is nice when it works                 D Wolff

Every time I try to find a drive near me the dang app never pulls up the locations I know of a drive coming up near me in the next couple of days but trying to use the app to set up the appointment is pointless Since the app cant find it Fix             Amanda M

app does not take into account what you have given in the pass if you have a older donnor card and has not way of letting you add your old donations for someone who prides themselves on how much they have donated and now with the app I am starting the count all over Wish they would be able to add old donation to app also I would like to know more about the other blood types but the app only gives me my blood type             Christa Beth

I can never find an area near me to schedule an appointment If i go to the actual website it is much easier and i find and scheduley appointment easy peasy i wish my app would update it says it has but clearly hasnt because it doesn t show my appointments or how much blood i actually have given if we really are as low as they say on blood I would suggest fixing things so that people know that there really are donation spots near them         Cortney Deckard

I tried to give blood today I downloaded this app and used it to make a donation appt I then used the app to answer all of the 60 questions about me as it encouraged me to do When I got to my appt today they said I needed to answer all of the questions on the same day as my appt and started asking me the same 60 questions I left this STUPID APP should have prevented me from answering the questions ahead of time All I wanted to do was be a good guy and give blood SAD ZERO STARS     Gary GW Hicks
