Great I recently started bjj and feel lost in all movements This app is great for beginners and advanced alike to learn the technics Well presented and clear instructions                 W. K.
It doesn t play any video I just get a blank screen Help please I want to get Stephans lessons and give him 5     Andrej Lukman
Excellent videos and tutorials Stephan speaks very clearly and takes his time breaking down the essentials in a calm and collected manner which makes this app essential for beginners It is also great for reviewing techniques you might already know Will work best if you drill at your own gym afterwards                     P.J. Mitchell
Excellent job Stephan Great instruction with clear video demos A fantastic resource Thanks                     Jantsen Wells
Showing only black screen no matter what I open in the app device honor play     Shiv Yadav
Excellent resource for any BJJ beginner It includes all of the fundamentals that every white belt should know Stephan s explanations are clear and concise Paid content is worth getting                     Scott McK
None of the videos seem to work on my Mate 10 I ve reinstalled it twice now All that happens is I get a blacl screen whenver I click on a segment I really wish it worked     James Parsons
The app is great even people with some experience can get some small tweeks to moves that may not have been explained in class                     A Google user
There is no content in the individual categories e g clicking on Close Guard u003e Bottom position leads to a blank screen This holds for every other selection     A D
AMAZING Really helped me This app may only be useful to those with experience in grappling but it helps an experienced grappled understand the the art                     Leo Rivers
Love it It works Stephan Kesting is one of the best instructors in video format You can learn tons for free also                     A Google user
Fantastic tool for navigating one s way through the deep seemingly unending ocean of techniques that is Brazilian Jiu jitsu                     Dick James
this guy is good I just wish there was more free stuff                     Mario Diorio
Clear instructions and to the point So many videos like this have too much talking that you lose interest before you get to any instruction                     Ken Lester
Very concise and useful for beginners                     Jade Lenord
great app and to the point                     jose paulo Abrunhosa

Great app for fundamentals                     Steven Wray
Better than 90 of what s on YouTube                     Chris Copeland
none of the content on the app shows up     Brandon Head
One word exceptional                     A Google user
Great easy to understand                     ahgauthier
it does not work     Warren Vazquez
This sounds like a great app I just cannot use it When it opens I have to accept the terms of use agreement then I go to the main menu When I go down through the menus and I click a menu item that should list some videos it brings me right back to the terms of use agreement I accept it and then I m right back at the main menu again No joy I uninstalled it and reinstalled it Same thing I would like to love it but can t use anything in it because I can t access any of it     Andrew Meador
First off the app is free but to access each module approx 15 mins on each position costs extra Detailed descriptions of open closed u0026 half guards side control Mount knee mount back mount From top and bottom positions Detailed instructions on defending maintaining sweeping or transitioning to a better position No instruction on subs and only basic sweeps Very valuable for beginners but I d recommend the sweeps subs and sub defense apps to complete a fundamental instruction set                 All fundamental positions explained Stephen Woods
Starting as a white belt this helps immensely to watch a few times a day to get positions and some basic submissions stuck in my head Also being able to watch the videos without using data was the hugest thing for me Never spent money yet but I may as time goes on                     Very Helpful Douglas Mosher
I started quite late with BJJ 48 and kind of gave up until I found Stephan I work in a foreign country and because of that and my age was targeted as mat practice and did not really learn anything Stephan is a great teacher and he has been my inspiration to continue                     Stephan changed my attitude towards BJJ Henri Langeveldt
As a brand new white belt this is a super primer for getting the most out of your rolling Not a replacement for live sparing but does make it way more fun knowing how your getting smashed by those blue belts                     Excellent breakdown for a beginner Adam Paul Griffin
Just started BJJ This is a great app to learn terminology and practice It relies on having a training partner which is probably the nature of the beast Would like each move shown a few more times to save having to rerun the videos but its a small complaint                 Great app Stuart McNeil
Love this app i just got my first stripe in jui jitzu and love the art and this app breaks down the fundamentals and guide u through with good detail i just hope it is continued and more added like breakdowns on submissions and the key technical points on finishing them thank you stephen kesting                     Great app Kenny Mclure
I ve been stuck as a blue belt I haven t been thinking if the big picture I m going to binge on these videos until I absorb it all The sound stinks though                     Worth every penny Jeremy Floyd
I ve been following him for awhile now and he has very useful and well thought out instruction So if he decides to come out with an app I don t even ask questions I just hit download                     I love this guy Rick Bivona
I love everything Stephan Kesting does He is such a great teacher and wastes no time on fluff or babbling Everything is so well thought out Doesn t get any better than this                     Stephan is the best teacher Christopher Hinton
5 stars for content quality 3 star rating is based purely on the amateurish design and implementation of the app itself Last update was in 2014 and it shows Terms and conditions page comes up many times when it should really only appear once when you first open the app Video in landscape does not format correctly to 18 9 ratio common on newer devices             Phil Sequeira
Stephan does a great job of explaining technique without overwhelming the viewer with too many details Navigating within the app is slick and the videos are to the point with no fluff There is a decent amount of free content in the app and buying all the rest of the content in a package seems like a good value given the quality of the material I have the paid versions of Stephan s other apps and they have been worth the money I will likely purchase the rest of this content when I have more time to focus on BJJ                     Quality Material M W
Stephen really knows his stuff These videos are well thought out and put together They are helpful and very to the point I highly recommend them they have definitely improved my jiu jitsu and I have learned a lot from them                     Simple and clear Charles Curry
I have several of Stephens products and they are all top notch High quality no wasted time and multiple angles so you never wonder what is happening I have also trained with him several times He is humble and an even better instructor in person Anything he puts out is well worth your time                     E6P3
Every time I get stuck Stephan gives me another way to think about things                     Great job David Patrick
This is a lot of really useful fundamental BJJ information I ve had the app for a while now and I can t honestly remember if it was free or I paid 3 or 5 bucks or whatever for it regardless in my opinion it s worth more                     Stephan is generous with his vast knowledge Eric Johnson
