The app was working fine on my galaxy Note 8 but ever since I upgraded to a Note 10 I cant create new invoices or quotes It wont let me create a new invoice now         Aaron Galbraith

It s an annoying company to deal with straight out the gates One has to enter in your license number before speaking to a human First question from human what is your license number Support usually requires one to hold on for 30 minutes while being tortured by awful muzak Today after doing that I was told I d be transferred to a specialist to address my issue Wait time an additional 53 minutes of muzak Asked if they could call me back nope this is beyond their technical capabilities I asked to rather be put through to the telephone survey system Instead they put me through to the perpetual muzak pergatory channel instead OK since you won t let me make my feelings known privately I will do so publicly There are other products out there I recommend giving them a whirl     Warren Slater

Running on a Samsung Galaxy with payclip Very disappointed with support for this product Keeps crashing every time I hit settings ALSO THE EFTPOS FUNCTION HAS NOW BROKEN Must have reported these faults 20 plus times and no response solution from myob Does not work well with payclip Will be looking for an alternative     David Nuttall
