So the app is free but in order to use it you need to pay 9 99 for a 30 day trial and monthly after that I sent an email to question this and just got the same email back from them that brings you to the website to pay     Mislead Linda Bartholomay

I used to use My Fitness Pal to track my calories but this app is so much better The biggest difference is it has a large variety of meal plans to choose from based on special diet needs u0026 desired goals It then provides recommended meal and snack ideas for the whole day Those meals can then be imported directly into the log and it s easy to add other foods too I like that it tracks micronutrients and things like bmi I lost 6 lbs in 30 days using this app                     Love this app Melissa Miotke
