I love using the works mostly for me Though it needs some few improvements like a way to toggle comments auto closing brackets tags braces a way to open file in apps directly a way to set custom auto save intervals and keyboard accessory doesn t work well in full screen mode                 Patrick Ejetavwo

Uploaded a text file done with Notepad in Windows 10 to my phone with Android Pie 9 I opened the file and did some corrections and then Save it None of the corrections were done I had to open the file again select all text copied it to a new file make the corrections I needed in the new file and then use Save As UTF 8 with another name When I transferred the new created file back to computer it works fine in Notepad Any explanation for this             Beatriz Beltran

Best editor I ve found so far I m constantly editing files mostly yaml for my home assistant and this has been invaluable One suggestion is that it would be really nice to have a comment toggle shortcut Especially if it could be for blocks of selected text Preferably inserting a hash and space right before the first character on the line like most IDEs                     Cameron Kelley

Very functional notepad easy to use looks decent I would prefer to not have to confirm exiting maybe make it optional and it would be nice if it fully supported markdown but overall a good app Thanks developer s Edit When placing the cursor near the center of the screen the interface tends to jump around a bit It s a minor issue but over time annoyance builds so if you get a chance to look into it I d appreciate it Thanks                 John Smith

App crashes after I save the file and when i want to edit many lines of text If i want to copy paste more than lets say 1000 lines of texts to a new folder it crashes when I try to SELECT them I would give it 2 stars if I used it often but i need It just for a couple of days and it did help me Select up to a thousand lines After every save restart the app so I don t lose time and it works             Smiley Guy

WAS GREAT I was even going to purchase but unfortunately it s crashing upon opening now The problem started happening every other day or so and after a week I can t even use it for 10 seconds Which really bothers me because I got used to it and have a nice flow going on with updating my webpages Samsung Tab E running Android version 4 4 4 I ve cleared Cache and Data I ve ended process after crash to restart process I ve restarted device I ve uninstalled and reinstalled It s on your end     Kyle Knox

Some basics are missing Ability to set tab width or convert tabs to specified spaces Some settings don t seem to make sense Line spacings are way to big even when set to 0sp Lacks settings for basic filetype txt which could be tuned differently from defaults Font selections common critical feature are rudimentary serif sans mono No ability to select a font you re most familiar No nice features like intelligent word wrap options like match indent or indent 1 Basic editor             R Oleksuk

So far good Can we please have a feature where we can swipe right to open up the current document folder structure to make it less taps to open a file from ftp local Right now it takes a lot of taps to open up and start from the base directory and go through all the folders again to get to my file It would be a massive help and then I can make the decision to buy the full version Also more theme options would be nice                 Chris Wawryka

Amazing app Would be 5 star if you could save as to Google Drive As it is the only way to create new files in Drive or DropBox is to go into the Drive DropBox file manager section and click and then create file Default save file path or even untitled autosave would be nice too                 Sullivan

The app is good However after like each time you want to save the file an ad appears I don t mind having ads in the app but I don t like to be compelled to watch the adds     Majd Wardeh

So far it s been very handy and versatile Seems much more stable than Polaris which corrupted my text occasionally Would be nice if the symbols in Accessory View could be reordered by the user Ads aren t TOO intrusive so far might get the paid version if I keep the phone                     Kevin M

It does not appear to change the text encoding UTF 8 seems to be default In the SaveAs select an alternate encoding reload the doc and it is still UTF 8 Unfortunately this feature is most of the appeal         Stephen Thornton

Easy To Code And Preview Docs I was having problems trying to open HTML docs in Chrome on my phone that wouldn t load all my styling properly and allow me to easily save All in all really easy to write and edit and preview code I hope more people make use of this app P S I usually use Sublime Text on my Computer u0026 this feels like what I would imagine Sublime mobile to be                     Astro Master
