I just got a new phone a galaxy core prime but when I installed the app it said they need to confirm my idenity It had the text and call option The text never came through The call would and I would confirm my identity but when I return to the app like it tells me to it still says I need to confirm my identity It lets me log into the website but not the app        Confirming identity

Great app easy to use The only problem that I have been experiencing is an error message when making a mobile deposit                

When my bank first added mobile deposit to this app I had a lot of trouble with it timing out and not capturing a good image They got that all worked out and now it works great Other functionality works good too accurate and fast                 Solid app much improved speedy accurate

This has been a quick and easy way to deposit checks Doubt Ill every deposit a check in a bank again                 So convenient

Will not allow the user to pick correct date for bill payment causing you to incur additional late charges for your payment Sun trust was never like this and I banked with them for close to 12 years but no branch close by so changed to cap bank and the online banking service is OK with the exception of the retarded bill pay date selection       

I want to know how I can get the balance in the pictures above lol           Iffy

Every time I try to log in using the mobile app the system asks to send a confirmation text to verify my device EVERY TIME Even if I just did this 2 minutes ago it asks me to go through the whole process again every time This just started happening around 920 prior to that I had no issues              Buggy not quite ready for prime time
