good app Sometimes time out is too short And there are times when the application is going thru maintenance one too many times especially on the weekends when I need to complete banking transactions Maybe BOH should send out notices thru their application as to what day and the length of time the online banking will not be available so we can plan ahead Something they may want to look into as a good customer service notice                     Francine Gamil

App usually works but will often have connection issues or will have to enter in complete password when it doesn t recognize my pin password I also have the Hawaiian BOH card and with the app I can view balance transactions but am not able to pay my bill         Brandee Vest

App doesn t immediately show transfers between my BOH accounts any more even after i log off and on again it does update my balance though I checked the website to make sure and it shows the transfer transaction and updated balance             April Segismundo
