Does not launch on my Huawei Mate 10 Pro Erwin Ried
I had the BigTrak growing up and I just bought this for my daughter The rover has 4 photo sensors and the app lights up 2 of 4 circles on the bottom of the phone to control the motion of the 2 tracks There is a problem however with the old Samsung Galaxy S2 While it fits in the cradle fine the forward lighting confuses the unit to only choose one of the tracks The other track doesn t move If you rock the phone slightly in one direction you can get the other track to move instead Reverse and turning work fine My thoughts I m a software dev too is that you could make the white circles on the phone app smaller I believe the problem is that they circles are too big and are confusing the sensor by bleeding into the Reverse sensor You could also use rectangles instead of circles since your photo sensors are sensitive enough to trigger on less light That would be easier than trying to write drivers for every phone out there that fits 3 stars for a great idea 5 for a smart fix Great idea Needs a tweak to work with GS2 Fernando Cucci
