Just this month my job switched insurance companies to BCBSLA and today I am online setting up everything and I am NOT happy The website is not mobile friendly and the android app is even worse According to your app there are no doctors or any sort within 100 miles of me On your website I am constantly having to reload pages because every time I click on a different link I am getting logged out As I am writing this I get a pop up that the app is not responding This is ridiculous I do everything from phone and tablet and your website and app make that more of a hassle than it should be No I don t want to to talk on the phone with a customer service representative so please don t suggest that     Erica J.
