It starts my truck and locks u0026 unlocks the doors Sometimes it says locked and they didn t lock some times it says failed and actually completed the task If you don t use it enough it kicks you out and you need to re login Sometimes it s really fast to act some times it takes a minute Internet speed makes no difference 1 out of ten times the app just hangs in process and you have to restart app If it works its nice to know you can lock and unlock your truck from any where in the world         Dan Cooper

I ve never had any issues until now I have uninstalled and re installed the app I m no longer able to lock unlock or start my car from the app I ve only had my car for 3 years and the services are free for 5 years Tried to contact customer support and they told me to do exactly what I ve already done Extremely frustrating     Kylee Simpson

great but slow update 1 I just uninstalled and reinstalling it now will update after I know it wasnt even sending me the text notifications for location new update as of 9 20 19 still having issues that have yet to be resolved with my app part to location tracker I have been given the run around with tech service in fixing the issue 2 stars until things are resolved u0026 oh ya I still never was getting texts when car was in certain saved ping locations         Jordan Vennitti

Features have disappeared I have On Star in my vehicle and used to be able to start it from this app Now it is asking me to purchase something else My son is the one who drives this car the most I liked having a back up if I needed it Very disappointed I found out the error was on my end Onstar charges a separate fee to have this service on the phone I am not paying for something that is included in most other vehicles So I m sure this app works fine and I withdraw my negative review                 Shawn Perreault

Used to be useful even though it has never been able to pull data on the actual lifetime efficiency from my 2019 Chevy Bolt Since the latest update however it no longer has the keypass setup screen or options so the app cannot directly communicate with the car for keyfob controls when you are in a cellphone dead zone I wouldn t mind this if the car itself didn t NAG about setting keypass up Bad software UI design all around breaking a feature and then bothering the end user about it         Kenneth LeCointe

This app lacks important information on the FOB screen when you have several GM vehicles on the same account Many times returning to the app it is already on the FOB screen but we do not remember the last vehicle selected and have started or unlocked a wrong vehicle sometimes that is a vehicle in the garage We are just needing the vehicle name added to the top of the FOB screen No question then when we send commands we know which vehicle the app is communicating with         M F

Having this app eases my mind especially if someone wants to steal my SUV all I got to do is locate it with this app I can start the engine and turn it off I can lock and unlock the doors even if I m in another state It s convenient especially it lets me know if anything wrong with the engine or tires It also can tell you if you ve been a smart driver There s more that can be done with the app I love it                     Journey's play list remix Hall

So far so good My only problem with the app is it s an installed app on my phone but for some reason I cannot find the app on my actual phone but I can find it in the App Store If this problem could be resolved I would give it five stars             Andriana James

Used to be great and convenient loved being able to use my phone to start and unlock my truck so could leave the keys hidden under the backseat and not have to carry them with me at work regardless of the fact that when I bought my 2016 truck I was going to have the service for 5 years it suddenly stopped it let me lock the doors and go to work but couldn t get back into my truck afterwards Customer service closed 3 hours prior begged a guy for a 170 mile round trip for spare set     The Behemoth

The App is running fine My change to 1 star is the fact when I bought my truck I also purchased my stepssides They charged me full price and this app has them 20 off rhe qhole time invoice even showed the peice cut but was charged up front they never reimbursed me I have a free oil chage and will not be taking my truck back to the dealership for this So much for saving customers Going Ford next time     Matt Weaver

The app works after downloading and logging on But it often fails to connect to the internet after the initial time Only fix I have found is to uninstall reinstall which is far too cumbersome         jack bauer

App used to allow keypass to configure charge settings Not anymore after the app update The menu option inthe car does not remember the 12amp charge setting So the app was useful then Now the whole chevy bolt experience is pathetic     Senthil Kumar

It is really bad when the myChevrolet app used to let you remotely start your vehicle and now I just learned that it does not anymore without the paid subscription I am truly upset because when I did not renew OnStar after the preview period after purchasing my truck I was advised that I had this service until April 2021 What a joke I am a HUGE Chevy ONLY girl and this is so very disappointing to just find this out now     Christiana Diehl

The app does everything its supposed to except turn onstar wifi on and off Even when the onstar menu shows the wifi as off in my vehicle my hotspot still shows up on my phone as a hotspot when the car is on                 Michael Simmonds

I hate that even if I am a passenger in the car that it turns off my incoming calls I have tried everything to bypass this But everytime in my husbands car it does this If i am not driving i have to go to the app settings and force stop The only thing i love about this app is we can start the car 10 minutes before going out if the weather is too hot or cold             Darlene Bachovin

Having connectivity with OnStar and MyChevrolet app makes a world of difference I can start my car using the app on a blistering hot or fridged cold day and have comfort climate ready in minutes without having to go outside to start the other features on the app are great as well being able to check tire pressure mileage check for recalls easy access to my VIN navigation etc I ve never had issues with the app or the app crashing Use it almost daily                     Jacob Drake
