I ve received nothing but fast polite and very helpful service since opening my account The customer service is great and this bank has nearly everything you could ask for The only thing missing is overdraft protection for debit card transactions they currently only have it for checks I do wish there was a way to see more of the budgeting tools from the app but other than that no complaints                 Brittany -

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app was not able to process my login information either on the primary landing page or the pop up window that appears in light of an error when it begins to process and times out for whatever reason or endlessly loads UPDATE Managed to gain access after speaking with a customer service representative However the features do lag There were a number of RDC issues with the mobile deposit feature Not an overall smooth experience yet             A Google user

Works great about 25 of the time Can t log in the other 75 NBKC has been a great bank but I m no longer local and need to mobile deposit checks on a regular basis If this issue doesn t get fixed soon I m going to have to find a bank with local branches and I really don t want to do that because my experience with NBKC has been phenomenal         Cody Kandt

Fully functional with a good feature set While NBKC markets itself using folksy informal language the app and website still have the sort of bland conservative look that screams bank That s not necessarily a bad thing if in fact you are a bank which NBKC is or the kind of banking customer who doesn t want things to get too crazy and newfangled Still dear customer you re here considering a newfangled app to do your banking so bravo You ll like both this app and this bank                 Lonnie Williams

I was able to reinstall the app and it seems to be working fine at the moment The app does not automatically log you out when it is minimized or after the screen is locked Some people may like that but it seems less secure to me             Joshua Renner
