Worked for a little while now just shuts down immediately on start up     shuts down on start up

Got a new 20 and this app and am completely impressed by this system                 Absolutely Amazing

It works fairly well if you can get by the initial crash every time I open it I wish I could remove the spa option so I dont choose spa heat by mistake and think I turned the pool heat on           Crashes everytime I open it

After many attempts this app wont open on my Galaxy 11 with jellbean I use the web based version     App Fail

Web version is much more sleeker and versatile why do i need android app make it worthwhile              Good idea but buggy

This app works flawlessly if you set everything up properly I have not had one single problem with it                 Greatest

So easy to use and exceptional to keep track of the pool and equipment                 The best

Ive loved this app for over a year Recently I upgraded to a Note 4 and the app crashes EVERY time I open or reopen it Its losing connection very frequently and its causing my spa heater to be on when I think its offwasting energy        Please fix crash issues

The app itself seems limited in comparison to the abilities of smartphones the system itself is flawed your program is stored online making you depended on your internet connection and router everything does not just work unless you have compatible brands the system can recognize in some cases you actually lose features and if you have a pool service it only complicates things        More problems than its worth

I love the ease of use and all but the UI needs a little work They need to hire a UX person              Great Idea UI could be better

We are so sorry we put this on our poolnever works right     Hate it

The app hasnt been updated since last year All the services connect through an outdated servers Most of the time the servers down     No light schedule

The problems weve had many have never been with the appiAqualink module connection or function The system has always worked perfectly Our problems are with equipment I find the app interface flawless I wonderthough could the iAqualink company add the color red to the options Or is that an equipment restriction                 Not the app

This app is nice and convenient but as a sw developer I would really like to be able to create a customized ui on to of the core application If you allow this maybe someone out there will create a ui experience so compelling it would actually enhance your business           Please create an api

Best thing you can say about this app is that it works better than the really bad 1970s controller that comes standard with the automation system So theres that Not sure if it is purely a version issue but the v1 of the hardware antenna does not allow for any configuring of the automation processes pump speed combined systems etc Aesthetically the app has the design cache of a High School project The fact that it has not been updated since March 2013 as of Oct 2014 or two full swimming seasons does not speak well for their commitment to excellence for this solution Their competitors products are much better designed unfortunately this was our only option with our pool builder Get it if you must get a Jandy but otherwise shop other systems        Minimally Functional

Of course its cool to control your pool with your phone But the app gets buggy after a while and the settings start reversing themselves so that turning things on actually turns them off The pool company said said this happens to many other customers and its a problem with the app and the way it interfaces with the system Ive had the pool and the app for a year and dont remember it ever being updated which is unimpressive even if it didnt have bugs        They never update or fix bugs

Upgraded from the original setup with a PDA remote This is fantastic I also recently installed a Heliocol solar system and the Aqualink automatically detected the system and everything just works I can control the solar my heat pump view temps and turn on anything from my Nexus 4 phone Super happy So convenient being at work being able to check on my pool Thanks                 Works great

The app itself only allow portrait mode please update to allow landscape mode This will give a much smoother transition to web portion of the app Or better yet please built the web portion into an internal browser to make the transition seamless

Crashes and reopens pretty much every time on all my android devices Latency updating the toggle status on the buttons can cause you to switch something on instead of off or vice versa Needs a bit of rework with some basic testing and qa           Does the job but with poor execution

Every time I open the app it crashes and reopens However its still marginally faster than the web version so I continue to use it Unfortunately since the software is tied to the hardware you really dont have a choice           Crashes on open missing many features of web

Good for status but flakey with the on off control it tends to cycle or bounce The web interface is nice and stable Please create an api or fix the appits falling behind the competition           Ok but flawed

Ease of use is tremendous Compared to jandys one touch and pda this is easy enough for kindergarten children where as the one touch takes a degree in quantum physics to really use those controls Its a joke But the iaqualink know solves those problems And installation and set up with customer takes less than 20min                 Iaqualinkzodiac pool controls

I have a Samsung note II with jellybean and the app works just fine I also have a pentair VS Intliflo pump running on an old aqualink RS8 with an iaqualink controlling it To the person that gave this app a 1 because they cant change the speed of their VS pump they need to learn how to use the iaqualink Go into your web version of iaqualink setup 3 different speed buttons under OneTouch Then when you use the app choose the OneTouch tab at the top choose your speed There is also a web tab                 Works great

I work on pools for a living and the ability to see everything on the phone is quite convenient It tells me when every thing from when freeze protect is on to the salt count of the pool another great product by zodiac                 App works great

App was working when installed Then power was lost to the pool and now I cant sign in to the app Says my email or password are incorrect This is the same email and password I use signing in from my computer Tried u installing and reininstalling and rebooting my phone Nothing worked       

I skip the app and use the web interface because 1 I dont have a spa but the Home screen has space for Spa Temp and Spa Mode and Spa Heater I would prefer to have Cleaner water feature and light controls available here 2 I dont have a heater other than the sun but there are two lines line for that 3 I do have a variable speed pump but I have to use the Web interface to see and adjust speed Selecting the Settings button brings you back to the locations screen I have selected that a bunch of times expecting to be able to remove and select items for the home screen like on the Web Interface I agree with several posters that opening up the API for others to program would make the iAqualink sell more I imagine a web cam portal to see what the remote input is doing If you want to beat the competition you need to see what they are doing The ScreenLogic Mobile app for Pentair is better than Jandys web interface Nice UI graphs Im going to check out their web portal if they need one        App needs work

Cant an API be released so we can write our own interfaces Okay so the annoying timeouts have gone but this app should allow me to drain the hot tub remotely instead of standing like a dummy out there for 3 minutes a day Over winter there should be an indicator to say the pump is on because of freeze protection Then we need stats lots of stats My salt cell has failed so I would like to know how for many hours it has been operating Simple to do pump on start counter Pump off stop counter        An actual user
